Cameras are trash. System was doa and support wasn’t much help. They ultimately quite talking with me. Cameras were cheap rebranded ones with loose REVO stickers over cheap Chinese manufacturer name.
I’m seriously amazed this company is open for business. Sad.

I ordered cameras that I was hoping to be IP cameras vs analog cameras, still waiting on a response for over a week.
I am hoping I can get a RMA and order the right ones and still do business with this company
They have good products and service.
Camera are great, software not so much.
I love the cameras but the software, firmware updates and apps are just ok. I have used other security cameras and software and they are out of this world. Maybe cost more but great. Revo is good for homes but the alerts are about useless because no matter what you set them to for sensitivity, low or high you get way too many alerts. I want to be alerted on only people and not a bug flying by or rain. I would like to see their alerting improve greatly.

4x Customer getting total run around. I ordered a system on 12/16 for my mom's Christmas gift. I figured I would upgrade her current Revo system that keeps cutting out.
I got a call a few days later because the Revo team seemed confused how to process a credit card at my address for a gift.
I emailed on 12/28 when nothing arrived.
I called today and Manuel was confused and said he will call me back. He did not. He instead sent me a text from the system saying my invoice was due.
I then used the chat feature to ask what is going on. He said it had been released. No comment on why a delay. No apology.
Called 2x afterward and was hung up on when I asked for a manager. Seriously?
Not delivering, not explaining why, not taking accountability, and hanging up on customers is BS. Your customers deserve better.

Your products are the best I bought a system with DVR and six cameras from Costco maybe ten years ago. Only had to replace one camera will update with the two I just bought.

I ordered a system with 8 TB of HDD space and received a system with 5 TB HDD space.
I had to wait to receive a 4 TB HDD and then install it myself to attain the 8 TB HDD total size.
How hard is it for people to READ the ORDER and then build the system to the proper specs?

Don't assume anything. Do your own research.
There are no user manuals or setup instructions with the NVR or cameras. You have to research to find the website to download the manual, then there are no definite setup instructions.

The NVR package I ordered was supposed to come with bullet cameras, but instead came with mini domes. They shipped equipment to my billing address instead of my shipping address on two occasions.
