Money from her revolt account 8 days ago it showing that is been transferred but it hasn't appear in revolt account where I can be able to use it to pay my bills this today the only thing that is happening it kept on loosing yhe value. That money was for paying my bills now my bills are stuck up without been payed.

I am trying to order a card and pay £4.99. My bank sent me a authorisation code and your system does not allow me to enter it and therefore my payment was declined. Now my account shows payment failed and I cannot either start again and order a card or complete the transaction. I did your live chat with Myxie for over 30 minutes to get nowhere.

Made a bank transfer on the 11/3/21 at 6.09pm but it didn’t reach my revolt account until the 15/3/22 at 8.03am but £19.30 short of what I transferred over.
Contacted Revolt via live chat where I spoke with shaz who after minutes told me her shift was over and I would need to resend a message so I could speak with another member of staff, then I spoke with Daad who told me that Revolt didn't charge me any transaction/bank fees it must have been the senders bank.
My bank provided me with the transaction details/number which shows the full amount was sent to my revolt account, this was also sent to both Shaz & Daad at revolt!
Never have I been charged a fee for a bank transfer so now I’m £19.30 out of pocket due to revolt who are point blank refusing to help!

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I was kept waiting on the chat for more than 30 minutes and then when a person was assigned she completely ignored the question and was left hanging.
This is not how I expect to be treat if I am to funnel money through this platform. Even when I tried logging back in the code is on a timer of 60 secs which arrives after that!!!!!!!! So totally got locked out.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE ITS THE WORST.
Horrible Service and Really werid
I use this as a backup card. I also have TransferWise and I can say they are the best A+. My experience with Revolt has been horrible! First, you can't call anyone if you have an issue they only communicate via chat and it has taken me at times 1 hour to get a agent to respond to my inquiry. Their practices and methods are really bizarre. I have never had an experience with any card company like Revolt. As a retired reporter I almost want to call my network and ask them to do a story on my experience on their consumer section.

You can't send your bitcoin to an external hardware wallet. You can send it to some one who uses revolt too, but the crypto stays with them until your forced to convert it.
Please bear in mind people, the old skool banks could very soon 'fall over', be very careful with this mob until they get with the idea behind bitcoin, i.e 'I control my bitcoin'.
But you can give them £120 a year for a metal card and access to the lounge at the airport.LOL
