We purchased the Midea PortaSplit Cool…
We purchased the Midea PortaSplit Cool 2.35 kW | Ultra Quiet Portable Split Air Conditioner. First, we were happy just to find one for sale in France during the first heat waves of 2026. We live in Dijon and the unit we located was in Bordeaux. Revolusun kept constant communication with us via email and their delivery company did the same. We received the unit within a few weeks and put it immediately to work. The unit cools two rooms, each 380 x 400 cm with a door between them in about 20 minutes. We put the compressor on the balcony and run the hose through a French door, sealing the opening with pipe foam covering. It runs quietly and does not use very much power. Our electricity bill only went up slightly. There were six heat waves in 2026 so we were very happy to have made this purchase. The unit also functions as a heater and a dehumidifier and I imagine we will use these settings this winter. The unit is expensive but it works perfectly and is very quiet considering. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience to buy from Revolusun.
