The taste was good

I ordered the high whey protein powder and got pleased with the taste, it took two days for me to receive the product. The flavors that i tried up until now were good.

Honestly deserving of zero stars

Honestly deserving of zero stars. Order never shipped and I ate 100 clams. Customer service ignored you entirely. Avoid at any and all costs.

Wowwww the taste and quality of this protein are amazing. My new go to. The Iced Cappuccino is amazing. I put it in coffee. Like a creamer! It taste great and I get my protein.

Shrinkflation and Worse Product

Used to love this protein, but not anymore.

They quietly changed from 25lb bags to 22lb bags at the same price. The old scoops were 37g, now they're 47g. The calories per serving went up 30 calories while the protein stayed at 25g.

Here's the math: 25lbs used to give you about 306 servings. Now at 22lbs with the bigger scoops, you're getting about 212 servings. That's 94 fewer servings for the same price.

You're paying the same money for way less product and worse macros per serving.

Feels like they're hoping customers won't notice. I noticed. Looking for a new protein brand.

Waste of time

Loyal customer left in the dark

I've shopped from Revolution Nutrition for many years. Began when I discovered them at Popeyes, to multiple orders directly from their website. I consider myself loyal to their product, until I finally experienced their customer service - spoiler: it does not exist.

I purchased a whey isolate for the first time and when it arrived, the box had been damaged. Upon opening the box, the protein bag was ripped, meaning the product had been contaminated prior to its arrival. Had the order been packaged decently with some protection, this might have been avoidable.

I contacted Revolution's support email immediately and have been ghosted since. After reading other reviews on this site, it is disappointing to know this company does not respect its customers by responding to support emails.

No after-sales service from Revolution…

No after-sales service from Revolution Nutrition. Despite multiple emails and calls, zero response. Their support is non existent, and the phone line is useless. Don’t be fooled by their automated reply directing you to support#revolution-nutrition.xxx
they won’t answer anyway. A truly mediocre customer experience.

There’s one area where they truly excel is sending us spam at 7:01 in the morning and 5:00 in the evening. That’s their only strength:marketing.

Best to avoid.

Unacceptable customer service

Unacceptable customer service – no response whatsoever

I have contacted customer service multiple times by email and phone regarding my order and have received no response at all.

For a company selling health and nutrition products, this level of customer support is unacceptable. Once payment is completed, there appears to be no accountability and no follow-up.

I made every effort to resolve this issue professionally, but the complete lack of communication leaves customers with no options.

👉 I would not recommend this company and strongly advise caution before ordering.

This is a great company. Their prices are flavors are unmatched. Everything is 3rd party tested and what they provide is legit.

They are CA based and from what I can tell are getting VERY popular. It seems country of origin and sudden popularity are causing delay in shipping. BE PATIENT.

While Ive been ordering through them for a few years now, yes it can have a longer shipping time (2-3 weeks at the longest in one instance), but my order always makes it. Don't listen to these impatient folks that are used to living in the states 30 min from an Amazon warehouse where they get instant delivery with a press of a button.

The product is great and is priced very well.

@revolution-nutrition maybe revise your shipping promises on your site

new packaging is too weak

usually my go-to protein brand, they have been great for years, but the new packaging for their protein is too weak, one of the protein bags was delivered cracked open with whey protein powder everywhere. i feel that they are unreliable now due to the new packaging vulnerabilities.

edited to 1 star, tried contacting customer support through email for a refund but no reply in 4-5 days so far, one of the longest times i've ever waited for an email response

They never shipped the order and they have yet to provide any information

First time when I ordered them it was fine . This time when I ordered I paid $59 on 25th December and I have yet to receive any package from them . FedEx has mentioned they have not even received the package from the shipper . I sent them emails , messages and they have not responded to them. It’s a scam really. I want my $59 back.

Like many others who have commented, I ordered my product over half a month ago and it still hasn't been shipped out. Well beyond the 8 business day window for delivery posted on their website. No response so far from customer service email.

No to cappuccino flavour!

Just bought a new cappuccino flavour. Such a disappointment! It's pure vanilla, not a touch of "cappuccino." Besides, the new bag packaging doesn't work; it doesn't seal. Unfortunately, you can't return it. Wasted $90!

Do NOT purchase from this company

Do NOT purchase from this company. I have had to learn this the hard way. I made my order TEN days ago. The next day I received an email saying that my whey protein was shipped and on the way. LIE. It's 10 days later and all that was ever done was a shipping label was created. I emailed the company. Nothing. I called the company. No answer. And the worst part is I have seen MANY other people say the same thing is happening to them. Spend your money elsewhere. This company is awful.

Satisfied Customer

I am not new to revolution just new to ordering directly instead of on Amazon or Walmart. I decided to order directly because I could get 6lbs of protein cheaper then anywhere else. So I ordered on Thursday the 23rd, and received my protein and free gift on Saturday the 25th. Pretty good seeing I live in Ontario Canada and they are based out of California. I believe the people that are having issues and being scammed are not going to the website directly and are using Facebook links or other social media links. If you want good protein with tons of flavors at an affordable price I would recommend revolution nutrition.

I’ve been a customer for a while now and their products are pretty good. They bring new flavors every now and then which is nice. Delivery is reliable I usually get my orders on time. I haven’t had any issues with their customer service, and their prices are fair. They also run good deals which makes buying from them worth it
