PLEASE CANCEL INVOICE

It's a long story that began in the fall of 2024 at your office in Staunton, VA, which took multiple visits to finally have a hearing aid ordered for me in September. I waited to hear when I could pick up my new hearing aids but never got a call. I started calling to check and either only reached a voicemail, where I left my message, or was transferred to another phone, only needing to leave another voicemail that was never responded to. After a few months, I just gave up. Recently, I was evaluated by a licensed and certified audiologist, only to be told I would have to pay for the aids out of my own pocket due to the invoice on record over a year and a half ago. Again I have called multiple times with no response. A check had been sent to Revolution Hearing in 2024 from Aetna, but was never cashed. I NEED THAT INVOICE CANCELEFD before I can obtain my hearing aids. Please cancel that invoice!!!!!!

Very poor reception

Very bad reception and confirming Dr. - patient appointment. Was left sitting in waiting room because I did not remember Drs name and receptionist was at lunch. Found out after the fact that they had an appointment schedule with patient names but chose not to communicate that.

Highly Recommend

The service we’ve received has been outstanding. They are patient, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful- and they use quality products. We’ve worked with Ryan, Esther, Amanda and Carly- and they’ve all been excellent. I recommend this office.

I was in and out in a half hour

I was in and out in a half hour. The receptionist Robbin had helped me previously, when they were in between audiologists, and was very helpful. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction and I was shown the correct way to clean and maintain my hearing aids. I look forward to more productive appointments in the future.

Revolution is Good

The process from the hearing test to acquiring the hearing aids was quick and professional! However, and this is not against Revolution Hearing, but the hearing aids I purchased ($2800) don't really work. I was very disappointed...I do have hearing loss at high frequencies but I don't know if my hearing loss is really as bad as what some people say. I'm thinking as I get older the hearing loss will be worse and then the hearing aids may be of use.

Adequate but definitely not great

Let me start by saying I am a first-time patient of using hearing aids or having any part of the hearing aid game. I am also new to the Medicare game and don't always fully understand the rules. While I did choose to get the hearing aids that were covered by Medicare I did not fully understand what the advantages might be to pay for an out of pocket upgrade. I would compare my experience to dealing with a used car salesman."you can get this but you would be much happier getting that" since I decided to get entry level hearing aids I will assess them and decide whether or not to upgrade them. I don't know if it was the salesman's personality or my ignorance but I did not find it and enjoyable experience.

The hearing aids will not stay in my…

The hearing aids will not stay in my ears no matter what size tip I use. I have been back several times with the same issue. As I am leaving your office things are fine, but within an hour the things are coming out again. Amanda is wonderful and patient, but I still can't hear and it seems I have paid for nothing!
