I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Revolve. As a collector of over 30 Zimmermann dresses, I know the quality to expect from the brand. However, the Zimmermann dress I ordered for $950.00 turned out to be a counterfeit, mistakenly labeled as a Marc Jacobs product priced at $350.00. This incident is not only misleading but also a clear case of false advertising. I am now in the process of returning the item. After reading several other negative reviews, I am anxious but hopeful to receive a full refund. I regret not checking these customer experiences beforehand; it would have saved me a lot of frustration. Future buyers, please be vigilant and read reviews to avoid similar situations.

Do not buy from this site unless you want to check your credit card account all the time for verification purposes and wait 10 days for your order.
I made an order June 25th. Delivery estimation June 26-Jul 1st which is perfect because I need it on Jul 4 to bring with me on vacation. Order confirmed via email. Then the next day I get some ridiculous email about verification and that there are some transactions under 1$ to verify and they will then ship my goods. The catch- verification transactions might take 3-5 days to appear on the account. So how will then my order get there Jun 26-Jul 1? It won't. Plus I need to check my credit card app all day in hope those transactions appear.
How about finding faster verification process or like any normal retailer, card is verified at the time of purchase?!?!

Dress arrived completely different colour. Fabric was tacky and not good quality. Was so looking forward to wearing it to my cousins wedding and to the races. So disappointed. I would not recommend buying from this company. Pictures of garment's are not true to what they package and post to you.

What absolute stars! I happened to need to return an item way past the date but when I explained the circumstances they offered to let me return the item for a full refund. I have NEVER had such great customer service, they even came back to me on the day I sent them an email so the whole process was dealt with within 24 hours. I would certainly use this company again, in this day and age online companies can be a minefield when it comes to returning items so it was a total pleasure to find them so easy and obliging to deal with.

The product is fine, but the packaging is not so much. The clear plastic box that wrapped around the product to protect it was clearly opened by someone, but the cardboard box that is used to protect the clear plastic box on the other hand is untouched so clearly someone messed up the packaging process, but I don’t mind because the product is still intact. Everything is fine so minus one star

Fast shipping, item arrive well packaged and undamaged.

There were so scratches on decorating chain on my dress and it became darker in some parts. Also there were some stains and smelled not fresh like someone was wearing this dress before and returned.
It was FINAL SALE, no returns.

Every year I buy myself a birthday dress from revolve. The shipping is very fast to the uk and I never had problems with returns, the refund was always processed fast. Quality can be hit and miss depending on brands but it’s usually very nice ☺️

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM REVOLVE.
I bought a jumpsuit, but they didn't deliver it, when I managed to speak to them they said I had to send my debit card and my ID, I asked why I would have to send it, I never did that, and I also paid with my debit card and they already charged my account. I said that I would not send it and that for me the site is not trustworthy, it is a fake site.
Never buy from this site.
