Amazing
Absolutely great and really good customer service. Package arrived quickly and staff were friendly when I thought it might be used and asked for a replacement one was sent out straight away without any extra costs involved or slow responses. Would recommend
They refuse to refund my return
I placed an order for 1,800 EUR, which they refuse to refund.
2.5 months ago, I returned my order, which they now claim they can't find. In the meantime, I received some random jeans, which they believe I returned — which they don’t even carry on their website. I can’t send these jeans back, and the rightful owner doesn’t get a chance to get their money back from the correct place either.
They refuse to check with the shipping company to see if my return was delivered, and they won’t check their system to see if my return was registered under a different customer number. There is no help to be found; I’m just supposed to wait for my return to show up before they will release my money — a sum of 1,800 EUR.
I’m so disappointed with their lack of cooperation and their complete denial of responsibility.
But they understand my frustration… thanks.

I have ordered a few expensive items of clothing from revolve. Again saw something. I liked even though I said I’d never order from here again. The quality of the stitching is poor. The material is very cheap. It’s awful. They look wonderful in the pictures. My last 2 items went to waste as after the first wash they lost there shape. I felt upset as that is not how they looked online. They definately feel like I’ve bought these clothes from a very very cheap high street store. Not happy at all

Trustworthy Company
I was on this review site for another company, and I said let me check how Revolve is doing on here. I shop at Revolve very frequently due to its quick turn around time for shipment and plethora of designers to choose from. I NEVER had an issue with a return, in fact it's been hassle free for me. I just wanted to leave a positive review, because unfortunately the ones I left for other companies on this site has been due to sad experiences. Revolve is a reliable site that I can absolutely count on.

I bought an overshirt, they charged me £179, sent me an email that the order is being processed and will ship out on Monday.
Then I get an email from their Risk Management team, saying the order is on hold until they verify that it's not fraud — so I have to send them photos of my bank card (front and back) and a photo of my government ID.
I will absolutely not do that. I will not send the details of my card unencrypted and my passport details so that they have it, store it God knows how and can do whatever they please with them.
I have never in my life I have seen an online shop asking me to verify something like this. That's what CVV is for, that's what 3DS for online payments is for.
Everything about this screams that it's some kind of scam.
Avoid this shop.

Confident customer service
Like most, I rarely take to the internet to document a positive experience, but I had an experience today that is typically not expected. I placed an order last Friday. It came with expedited shipping and should have already arrived 2 days ago. They had a text contact option which took away the phone call and passible wait times. Response to my text was under 2 min and was incredibly respectful and helpful. In this case they showed as shipped, but UPS showed as the item not being received. In all my previous experiences with this scenario, I would have to file with UPS and reorder. They re-shipped my item, expedited shipping while opening a a case with UPS to recover the items lost. I was impressed with customer service and it gave me confidence in future purchases.

I ordered a pair of shoes on Tuesday evening at 8 PM with free delivery. They were dispatched from Los Angeles at 10 PM and arrived by 1 PM on Friday. I love the shoes, and the company even offered free returns in case they weren’t right. This was one of the best customer experience I’ve had in a long time!

I bought shoes $129...my credit card was charged more than price 169.....and you guessed it....the shoes never arrived.
Couldn't contact them...just a sham!

Ordered and paid for 2 items. Then got emails asking for bank transaction details to “confirm I am the cardholder”. I have never had to do this while online shopping before and for security reasons do not feel comfortable doing this. Strange.

I ordered a few dresses and they were…
I ordered a few dresses and they were nothing like the pictures, also one of them smelled a lot, as if it was used. I wanted to return them, and almost one month has passed and I didn’t receive me refund yet. I contacted them and they said it could be another 45 days before I receive my refund, even though I already waited for a month. I will never ever order from revolve again. Awful customer service.

I placed an order for items I needed for a weekend trip. I was supposed to have next day delivery with on trac since I am local to their Cerritos, CA warehouse. Instead the warehouse took their time and when I wasn't receiving confirmation that the order had shipped. After multiple calls, "Erica" who clearly did not seem to be in the US assured me she spoke with UPS who has the package in their possession and it will be delivered before noon the next day. Well the next day I received an email from UPS that there is a package but I will get more information when they have it. Called customer service again who of course couldn't do anything but apologize and admitted that evening calls are routed outside the US. The warehouse took longer than they should have and then this "Erica" did not do me a favor by changing to UPS from ontrac. I won't ever be trusting their shipping promises again.

This used to be a serious shopping site.
However in my last return, I returned USD 900 worth of clothes and the company has failed to refund me.
Each time I ask about the return I receive an email full of emojis saying I should wait another 24-48h. I have returned my items almost three weeks ago and this happens every day now. Every day it’s another 24-48h, full of smileys and emojis, but the refund never arrives.
It is unserious and an insult to the customer and at this point they are stealing my money. I will never trust this company again.
I used their own return processing platform, their own return label, and on the platform the case even appears as closed.
I don’t know if they are in financial distress, or why they are stealing my money after such a large order and large return (I did keep some items).
Please beware and don’t trust them.

After spending hours, if not days looking online to find a decent quality pair of straight leg jeans I liked with a 33" inseam, I came across Moussey Vintage. Lovely jeans but all their jeans have very short legs, much too short for me. But one model - Sumterville Straight was pictured with a large turn-up, which in fact can be turned down and worn long (33" long!) Unfortunately I discovered that Moussey Vintage do not ship outside of the US. I continued to search online and found that Revolve had stock of the Sumterville Straight in the size I wanted. Quite expensive but all taxes and import duty is included in the price.
Their description of the jeans was accurate and very helpful when making my decision to buy them.
Another of the reasons I decided to go ahead and purchase them was because they have a UK hub for quick and easy returns in the event I am not happy with them.
The jeans were sent using DHL and arrived a lot sooner than I expected, just a few days.
There will be no need to return them because I am very happy with the fit, the style and the quality of the jeans - rigid Japanese denim.
I will definitely use Revolve again for any other jean purchases from the US.

Abysmal Customer Service
I inquired about a car I saw on Craiglist. I pasted the link and went through the process and scheduled a test drive and placed the 20 buck deposit. Then, everything went to hell. I didn't receive a confirmation email regarding the test drive and when I checked there were test drives scheduled at the same time. I queried they revy site and they couldn't find the reservation. I never received a confirmation email about the test drive and had a number of conversations with their AI chat function. The gist of the conversation was they would back to soon and when that didn't happened they would escalate to the concierge level. Neve happened, just a load of AI BS. However, I did receive an email today stating the car was sold. I contacted my friendly AI chat and asked them what happened and I was not impressed. My AI buddy sent this swarmy, BS response and that is why I will never use this site again or recommend it to any others. I actually am surprised at the high ranking, not sure it if is real. I wouldn't be writing this if my AI buddy would have apolized and taken responsibility. Stuff happens and I understand but this process really sucked.

I don't leave many reviews on here but I feel credit needs to be given when due. I ordered 2 x £300+ wedding dresses from here for delivery to the UK. They arrived quickly with free delivery. I didn't like either (quality did not justify the price) so returned them with the free return lable that was included in the package to a UK address and got the refund a few days later. This is amazing service compared to the nightmare I am going through currently with Nordstrom! This was my first time ordering from Revolve and I wouldn't hesitate to order from here again.
