I love Revolve

I love Revolve. The clothes are amazing . And the customer service is probably the best I’ve encountered in years. They always answer the phone! And promptly. Every request I’ve ever made was graciously accommodated. It’s a wonderful shopping experience. The few times I’ve had to return , it was easy and the refund prompt. But returns are not common for me because I usually love what I have ordered.
Other than the fact that this site has me addicted to shopping, I have not a single complaint. Revolve is a five star operation .

Excellent, shame about FedEx

FedEx messed up and didn't inform me when they'd left my package. The revolve team responded really quickly, it was obvious and simple how to contact them, they didn't pass the blame and absolve themselves of culpability, they chased it up immediately then when FedEx didn't respond straight away they gave me a discount code for the inconvenience. This is exactly what customer service should be. Not difficult. Thank you.

Delivery was quick

Delivery was prompt, and communication was on point.
I constantly knew what was happening with my shipment.
However the confirmation message stated that delivery will be on 15, yet the item was delivered on 14 when I was not home.
Then they called me and told me to choose a time for delivery, I chose before 10am.
When I got the confirmation message it said between 8am and 4pm.
The next message said, before 8pm.
I cannot stay home all day and wait for a delivery.
It would be beneficial for courier and customer if they got the timings correct, or at least send a message before the courier is meant to deliver.
It would save alot of wasted time and resources that way.

Everything went great

Everything went great. The delivery was quite slow, but it arrived in good condition with my item in it. When ordering beauty products, I'd love to get some samples. I understand this isn't a full beauty website, but it would be nice. But overall I've had a great experience, will order again when needed.

Thank you Customer Service Europe

I had received the wrong items, and I was really upset.
But thanks to the Europe Customer Service and Catherine, the officer in charge, all get arranged quick. I was reimbursed of the wrong Items which I was able to send back with a pre-paid etiquette.
Furthermore, the Item I had was subject to a discount when I first bought it, which was applied the 2nd time I bought again the same Item.

Feel free to contact your local customer ervice if any problem, they are so helpful and kind.

Not that bad !

I have rated a 3 as I found the quality not very good , the dress was so basic and not worth £81 . However I don’t seem to have had too much trouble returning so that’s why I haven’t rated it lower , I sent back free via dpd and had confirmation they have received it back and then 2 weeks later a confirmation my paypal account had been credited so not all bad !

I've had a great experience with... everything

I've had a great experience with Revolve, particularly with customer service. I had to authorize my credit card for a purchase, which was a security feature I greatly appreciated. I was offered overnight shipping as a result of the authorization delay, although it only took a brief phone call. The price match guarantee is simple and really great.

Regarding clothing quality, it really depends upon the brand of clothing you order because Revolve sells clothes from numerous brands. Some items were off in fit or quality, but others were perfect. I returned some pieces, but was ultimately really pleased with the items I kept. I'm excited that I finally found an affordable, chic website to order clothes from because I've had a hard time finding a source of cool clothes that are in my budget. I would definitely give Revolve a try. If you're not satisfied with your order the returns are so easy, it's certainly worth a shot to try it out!

DONT'T BUY ANYTHING HERE!!!

DON'T BUY ANYTHING HERE!!!
The quality is reaaaaaally bad.
That's the reason why I send everything back.
This costs me more than $165 US dollars (tax ($130) & shippingscosts ($35), actually for nothing!!!
They don't warn you or anything so when you are living outside of the USA. Don't buy at Revolve.com!!!

Love this company

I don't understand the negative reviews ! International shipping took less than a week & i live in australia.
Plus the gown i received was so beautiful.

Disappointed

I have been quite disappointed with my first Revolve experience.

1) I've bought different clothes from Revolve, and almost everything I bought was way too big. This is weird as I am a normal size and I usually buy everything S or XS and I never have that problem usually when I buy online or in US shops. In addition, it was brands I had already bought before, so I was very surprise that the clothes did not fit.

2) One of the T-shirts that I bought (Marc Jacobs) unstitched itself the first time I wore it, at work. It was rather embarassing as I was at work, and again surprising as it was too big and it can't be due to a stretch of the fabric.

3) I was really disappointed with the lack of info regarding returns. The website is absolutely not clear in this regard. I had to return some clothes as I couldnt wear them and I had to pay about USD 30 because I do not live in the US and international return is not free. I have bought clothes from other US or UK websites which also claimed "free returns" and it was free no matter where I returned it from.

4) I had to pay customs taxes - and A LOT. I dont recall seeing an option where I could pay the taxes in advance, because if it had calculated the custom taxes for me I would simply not have bought some of the clothes, or I would have had them sent to a US address.
On top of it, Chronopost made me pay additional "admin fees" (USD 30)because of the customs taxes. All in all, the clothes I bought were 40% more expensive with the custom taxes and fees included. I felt ripped off, especially since I had to send back some clothes and I am not sure I will ever get the taxes back on those (and it will be a hassle to get the taxes back on those).

As a result, I had to keep some of the clothes that did not fit to avoid paying more in fees (tax + postage) than the price of the item.

There are a lot of clothes I like on Revolve, but I think I'll abstain from ordering anything from them again.
