We're proud to have been trading as an independent designer menswear retailer for over 10 years since establishing ourselves in Doncaster town centre in 2010. I contacted Ross at the store to ask some details about the Loake bag I wanted to order and he was so helpful and sent photos of it to me. I ordered it about 2 pm and received it the next day! Amazing service. Thank you.

I ordered some trousers online, I had no update, I contacted Revolver a week later and asked for an update and they issued a refund without much explanation. If I had not followed up it is a wonder if they would have got in touch.

I ordered a suit for my wedding and when I received it I tried the trousers on which didn't fit as I ordered the wrong size so I sent them back to exchange for another size and again when they arrived I ordered the wrong size. I message revolver menswear in WhatsApp and they were more than happy to help. They advised me how to exchange the trousers a 2nd time. So I received the trousers again and this time they fit perfectly. The suit I ordered is really good quality and I would recommend the suits from here. Also the process of all this was extremely fast and resolved in a few weeks

Bought 2 brand new shirts, both at around £40 less than on the manufacturers own site. Great communication via email when I had a couple of queries, nothing too much trouble. Was kept up to date with delivery times. Shirts are fantastic, will definitely look to use this site again.
