Hi, VINs are required to have 17 characters for all vehicles manufactured from 1989 onwards. If you are searching for a vehicle or caravan manufactured prior to 1989, you need to search with the chassis number, from our chassis number search page. It appears you entered a chassis number that was five characters long on our VIN & registration number search page. We then stated that you were searching with a registration number on our checkout page and asked you to select the state and confirm the registration number, which you did. We then sent you a vehicle report for the registration number that you confirmed upon checkout.

You have now had access to this information on three separate occasions and in two different formats. We have not received any communication from you at any time, so we were not aware of any problem. Please contact us if you still need another copy of the report.
