If an error in entering the rego number…

If an error in entering the rego number - i.e. reversing the rego letters by mistake - there is no option to retry and enter the correct ID and you are charged an extra fee when you enter the correct ID. If a rego does not exist there should be no charge!

UPDATE - REVS Check Australia has been very understanding and has refunded the fee paid for the REGO ID mistakenly entered - so CHEERS to their support team in following up to customer issues.

Hi, we're sorry to hear about that. We did send you an email asking you to confirm the registration number, but we did not hear back from you. As discussed, we would have processed your REVS check for you if you contacted us with the correct registration number. After we realised you had already purchased a second REVS check, we issued you a full refund for your first transaction straight away.
