They are crooks!
The product has a misleading description!!!
On the website on the promotional video the toy manipulate by hand gestures, the real toy doesn’t.
Besides that this toy is just a piece of junk!
Also can’t get my refund.

Wouldn't even give one star. Toy looked nothing like advertised and arrived way after Xmas despite money being taken from my bank account 28 November! Disgusting, cheap tat - £23.33 and it went in the bin...………………..

I am having the same exact experience as all the others. I ordered this car as a Christmas present first week in November and still have not received the item. When I try to track the item the date of when it should arrive changes to a later date every few days. At this point i think we should all ban together and make a class action lawsuit!

Horrible, filed dispute with PayPal. Merchandise never received. They are “the Grinch who stole Christmas” for many children. Lock them up!

I ordered a remote transformer car from Revvlo. Paid expedited shipping. Took over a month and half for my grandson to get his late christmas present. Opened it and car was broken and remote was broken. No screws on either to hold batteries in and just awful condition. I emailed 3 times. No response. They took my money and wouldn't even respond. I have been in contact with others and apparently they must get a hold of broken things take peoples money and dont care. I have contacted amazon even though i purchased directly from revvlo to inform them that this company sells broken merchandise. I hope to help put this company out of business for what they have done. My grandson waited so long for this and was so upset that it was so broken. He didnt understand why they did that. He is only 5. Be smart dont order from them. They wont even respond to emails.

This is a low life company, I ordered November 29 for 2 of my grandsons Christmas. They said the order was coming from California, but that was a lie. They kept changing delivery date, and didn't care that kids was not getting their gifts. When they finally arrived it was 35 days later, neither one would work with hand gesture and one of the remotes was broken. I've ask for a refund 4 times and they have not refunded. File a dispute with PayPal if that's the way you paid.

They are SCAMMERS! I ordered 2 Transformer cars for Christmas and I have not received NOTHING. I wrote emails and also contacted Pay Pal, and I’m contacting the BBB because they are taking ppl money. It’s January 9 and I still do not have the cars I ordered on 12/12.

Ordered two (basically a month before Christmas)
Arrived way after , and arrived broken.
One car - yellow, doesn’t transform.
Second car (blue) the remote and the car do not go together so it doesn’t turn on or work at all.
And these people won’t give me a refund for sending me broken - faulty toys.
As if it’s enough I have to deal with the kids crying And being upset because they can’t play with them, and they’re been looking forward to them.
Again- don’t trust this website- garbage toys, garbage customer service.

Scam company don't buy
I bought this with the assurance it would be to me by Christmas. Filed a claim with PayPal and they were no help. DO NOT BUY

Same as everybody else... Ordered early November, they took my money very quickly by Nov 8th but it is now January 8th and no order.... Have sent numerous emails.... Keep saying in transit... Tracker shows no movement since November 25th, shocking service. Quick enough to take your money but do not send the goods!!

Ordered on Dec 1 thinking it would get here before Christmas. Their website clearly states that they guarantee RELIABLE INSURED WORLDWIDE SHIPPING(7-16 BUSINESS DAYS) It's January 8 and am still waiting. Had no idea it was coming from China until after I submitted payment! Have filed a dispute with PAYPAL, sent several emails to the company at urgent at zekese dot com, and still waiting for a refund.

I ordered on 12/6......It's 1/8 and nothing has come :(. Now I'm afraid to even give this thing to my godson.....will it blow up or something?

Same as several other comments. Would rate zero stars if I could. What a huge disappointment and waste of money. If you are thinking about buying from this company think again! Before ordering we read all the deceptive reviews and had no clue it was coming from China. Needless to say my son didn’t receive this garbage by Christmas. Very unhappy.

My mom ordered a transformer for my son Dec 9 and was told he’d receive it before Christmas. It’s January 7 and it still has not arrived. The only way to contact them is via email and they keep assuring me it’s “in transit”. They are a fraud. STAY AWAY!

I would like to give this piece of junk zero if possible. The remote doesn’t work. All it does is spin around and the worst think is my son complained the remote is hot. When I opened it, I see the battery is smoking. This is very dangerous!!!
I can’t express how mad and disappointed I am to this product.

If it were possible to give zero stars I would. Ordered a set of cars on December 1 for my little cousin’s Christmas present. The website stated I would receive the product no later than December 23rd so I went ahead and ordered. It is now January 6th and still no cars. After reaching out multiple times I was told it is in transit “somewhere”, just not sure where. That is not helpful. I will never order another product from this company.

This shouldn't even be given a number. Customer service is a scam. Ordered products December 9th. Still no cars, no response from the several emails I have sent. Will be disputing the charge through my bank. Very disappointed ☹
