I have been buying from them for years.
I am very disappointed and very disheartened to know that they do not honour their warranty, i bought hundreds of screens from them, and today i complained about 1 screen that had gone faulty and she refused to honour warranty on it.

I can not post link here with my conversation unfortunately or i would have uploaded the screenshot.

Got a replacement phone battery from them. Quality is really good. It lasts long (unlike the battery i got from some random amazon seller..)

Buying for years. Ask for Jiaheng, one of the best sale their in term of communication and satisfaction. It is good to talk about your usage and type of costumer you work with to see what qualities suit the best for you. We repair for big telecom company so no room for bad qualities and we didnt had much problem over the years.

I work with Mandy over at REWA and this is one of the best companies and representatives to work with. They are patient with you while you are training to operate on their machines and they teach you along the way. They are extremely quick in response times and shipping your merchandise. They are honest and extremely respectful people and company to work with. I would highly recommend anyone in this business to work with REWA and if you get lucky enough to have Mandy as your representative then you are in extra good hands.

I purchased a laser machine to do the iPhone back glass repairs about two years ago and I’m just writing this review now because this company deserves a good 5 star rating. Not only is the machine still working like a champ “I put it into heavy use almost everyday of the week”,but Nina my service rep that sold me the machine ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS takes care of any questions or concerns that I may have. She sent me new files for the iPhone 11 series and 12 series every time I asked. This company has great service and top of the line products. Buy with confidence and buy the best only from Rewa.
