I redeemed my 15000 points for Amazon voucher on 15 th Nov 23, no communication whatsoever .They do not bother answering e mails . Still waiting for the pay out.

Don't pay out. I redeemed points weeks ago and am still waiting for my Amazon voucher.
I've sent them messages but they don't even reply.
I've now stopped responding to any survey invitation I get from them. Wouldn't waste another minute of my time with this company!!!
Plenty of better sites out there that do pay out quickly

AVOID. Total scam. Owed £35 for three months completed surveys. Never received a penny. No replies to my email enquiries. Shame on them. Try Qmee or Curious cat instead.
