Slow communication. Contest work fine.

Had been using them for a while now and the contests were working fine. However, I went to cancel my subscription and noticed they have been double charging me for the last five months. I tried to cancel my subscription prior to the latest billing cycle and used the cancel link in my account and it didn't work. I have also tried to cancel my subscription via email and have had now response to repeated attempts at communicating with them.

Edit: finally got back to me with a refund for the overpayment.
