I purchased two watches from the website before Christmas.

One of the watches has a faulty clasp and keeps coming unclipped when worn.

I asked if it would it be possible to return the faulty watch and replace with a new watch.
I’ve tried to make contact on numerous occasions, but the shop has stopped replying.
I have also offered to pay for postage both ways to swap faulty watch.

Do not buy from this website!

Warning, warning. DO NOT get a watch from Rewatches. I got a rolex replica and the autowind function does not work. I have to keep winding it to keep it running although I wear it all day long. The problem is dealing with Gina. She does not understand how autowind watches work and will not return my Emails. If you get a watch from them, better hope it works because they will NOT help you. Now I have a broken watch and can't get any help. Very poor customer service to say the least.

Ordered an omega and paid, no communication when emailed.
Avoid, scammers I suspect!

Recieved the watch and when I opened the packaging the watch stap came apart in my hands.
Emailed someone called GINA who emailed me asking (DID I TAKE THE WATCH APART MYSELF). I have saved the email if anyone would like to see it and also the photos of the watch.
I can't believe I was being accused of this she told me they were (strictly inspected) be being dispatched .I took the watch to a jewellery shop and was told the link was either missing or had fallen out because it had not been screwed in properly which he found to be the case on two of the other links
Don't buy from here is my advise unless you want a faulty product where you get blamed for the fault by them passing the buck.

I recently ordered my first watch from Rewatches.is
I was nervous that Trump tariffs would interfere with my shipment.

The watch arrived 2-3 weeks after I ordered it.

The quality of the watch is amazing - beautiful, quality materials, excellent replica and accurate timepiece.

I cannot afford to pay many thousands of dollars for a watch. This purchase was the next best thing.

I am almost brought to tears of joy each time I look at it.

Absolutely appalling. First they kept saying I hadn't paid and when I sent 5 emails asking to cancel the order they shipped it anyway. I asked to return the watch and they said they had already refunded me (which they hadn't) Had to open a Paypal dispute to get my money back. I was lied to several times by them. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Hi can ppl tell me how you pay for watches with this company please? As you can’t pay direct on website they just send a different name link?

I have ordered 2 watches from rewatches.is and despite being a little bit dubious to begin I can echo what others have said Gina is very helpful and if you are concerned re the shipping time(it can take a few weeks) she has sent me link both times and both watches have turned up no problem. Really pleased with the watches themselves, would recommend,

When it arrived it was running fast i got in touch with gina and she assured me it would be put right i sent the watch back and it returned after a couple of weeks it seems to be working perfectly now and it looks and feels fantastic
When the watch returned they had included a mount blanc pen for the inconvenience even the pen is great i already have 2 mount blanc pens already and this is as nice as either of them
Would recommend this site and gina have been treated with respect all the way from buying it to it returning after being fixed

All in all I am happy with my ladies datejust Rolex 26mm. It feels and looks quality, the photos are accurate.I had a small problem with the bracelet but that was easily sorted and Gina was very helpful and provided a free set of springbars. At the end of the day this is not a £8k Rolex so timekeeping is not perfect (gains about 3mins a week) that is normal for a 26mm automatic at this price. This watch is for show...and it does look great! Tracking and delivery were satisfactory, no problems. I am pleased I bought it (I do have a Rolex) and I can wear it without worrying about the cost.

Do not believe what is written here I ordered and paid for a fake Rolex via Paypal and recieved the following message. "Hello, I am very sorry that our paypal account has been inexplicably sued. Your order will not be executed.
Please file a dispute with paypal to get your money back.
Thank you!
Sorry again".

There are many people complaining this company is not legit and Gina whose name appears in the reviews is Gina Belen

My Rolex is first class , we compared to an original Rolex and was so amazed , perfect copy and great service thanks

To be honest , I`ve just bought a Rolex Sky Dweller & Cartier Santos , I`m generally very pleased , the watches & straps are of good quality considering they are replica`s. The automatic time keeping is spot on , once you`ve wound them up or worn them they don`t miss a beat. My only criticism is they take ages to come through the post from China, don`t expect next week delivery , It took about 3 weeks , on emailing Gina she gave me a UK Royal Mail tracking number so I could follow the watches at every stage

The quality , service and communications were exemplary. The entire transaction was excellent.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company and its superb products.
I am an elderly collector and was treated with respect & fairness the experience was First Class Thank You ..
