Very helpful, quick responses. Got the rewinch delivered with no hiccups, shipped halfway across the world to BC Canada. Just picked up the bidirectional and self driving attachments. Looking forward to using these in the summer!

Just got back taking the winch on a skiing vacation. Kids had a great time with it...Probably better than snowboarding....

Excellent communication about progress of order. Efficient on payment method and confirmation. Helpfully honest about supply chain issues.

Brilliant piece of kit. Using it for foil tow in at the beach, flatwater tow ups, and even paragliding. Very reliable and strong. No more messy gas setups. Well worth the wait!

I would recommend Rewinch to everyone. I have been using it for foiling and to teach people to foil and it is truly amazing for this purpose!
Foiling is all about building muscle memory and learning how the foil reacts to movement. I genuinely feel this is by far the best way to learn as you are able to rule out all other variables..
Besides that the company and owner are very reliable, super supportive and make you feel part of the rewinch family!

Great customer service, very intuitive ideas and sleek design. Had mine for about 2 years and still can't wait to see what they come up with next. The rider remote is a game changer making "solo missions" possible. The Rewinch community is a very helpful and friendly invroment full of amazing talented individuals.

The Rewinch purchase process requires patience. This is a small business building a fairly technical and potentially dangerous tool. So appreciate the care and testing that goes into this small batch process. Once you receive it expect to be blown away. It is awesome. I have used it skimming at the beach, boogie boarding and surfing on a lake Customer support has been above and beyond expectations as I encounter problems I created. Very happy with the purchase and experience.

Rewinch is a real Gamechanger in the Winch Industrie. Not only that its super lightweight to take everywhere, its also very easy to mount since you have different Options to do so (and we mounted it everywhere). I already bought 3 Winches and its great to see the Progress that rewinch took. All the Bugs from the first Badges are erased and rewinch is still improving, even on the smallest things that will make it slightly better. Next to my electric skateboard the best buy i ever made.

Special note to the customer Support and the growing rewinch community which are just awesome. You can be sure to have a Solution for every problem you could probably run into. Wanna build a Kicker? Questions about the Batteries? Dont know how to mount your Winch at certain points? Rewinch and the Community got your back and thats what i love most about it.

This company has come a LONG way since they started, and they are actively doing everything they can to make their winches the absolute best they can be.

Even though we dealt with extreme delays that were out of Rewinch’s control, they kept us updated on a regular basis with what has been done and what is next. The communication and friendliness alone is what makes Rewinch an amazing company and worth the wait for this product.

THE BAD:
- Broke two motor sleeves and a controller. (We got a bad batch from supplier, not Rewinch’s fault)
- Charging Setup (Only if you’re not familiar with using Li-Po batteries
- Loop Key (Only on select models)
- Power Cable (Batteries are not enclosed in the winch for water reasons. Just makes it annoying to deal with).
- Not possible (from what I know of) to add more line.

NOTES:

Our winch has broken twice on us, but they were super helpful and wanted to learn about how it happened and see what could be done to eliminate the issue for future winches. Because they’re in another country, I had to FaceTime them and get step by step instructions on how to fix it myself. That’s another reason why I love Rewinch.

I could seriously go on and on with why you should get one, but I hope this helps you feel confident in their product and commitment to 10/10 customer service!

The guys at rewinch have created something very special... if you have a passion for boards sports don’t hesitate to snap up a rewinch. It’s worth every penny. The hours of fun and new opportunities it has given us for wakeboarding is incredible. The kids and family also love it as can be used down the beach or in the snow. Also customer service is very good and they’re always happy to help with any questions you have.
