I heard about your company from a friend. I loved his shirt and asked where he got it. I was excited to order one for my son for his birthday. I ordered a size he was wearing but it came in so big it was ridiculous. When I looked to see how to return it (actually bought two) I found out that I would not be able to return it because of size. Very disappointed.

BTTF Hawaiian Shirt
The shirt looks great. Exactly as advertised.
They suggested a size smaller than what I normally get, a suggestion that I didn't follow. I should have.
The Hawaiian shirts run a little big, something that they state on the website. Can confirm this to be true.
I wore it for the first time today, received several compliments before lunch.
10 out of 10 will order more shirts in the future

Terrible Quality, Refused Return- Total Scam
This company is nothing but a scam. First and foremost- do not think what is shown in the photos is what you will be getting. Those photos show clear, crisp prints. In reality, the prints are pixilated and fuzzy. They look like a joke. The fabric is appalling. Its cheap, scratchy fabric that no one on earth would possibly wear. Finally- the returns process is a joke. They want you to send multiple photos to prove what you are saying, which I did, and then when you do- they only offer you a discount, they absolutely will not refund your money. I am filing a fraud chargeback with my credit card company to get my money back.
Update: Their “reply” below is an absolute lie. They HAVE NOT processed a refund, they offered me a slight discount because of course they saw the photos and how bad they looked but that is all. I wanted to return them for a full refund as they are terrible but they refused to do that!

Poor quality, will not offer exchange/refund
Ordered two Men's Hawaiian style button down shirts. While both shirts were L size, the measurements were off between the two, including the measurements from the neck once buttoned up, exposes alot of ur chest, kinda like a pajama fit! Very thin material! Print quality is good but the type of shirts used is poor quality! And Yes I sent them pics and they replied sorry we cannot issue a refund/exchange. Very Poor customer service, will NEVER USE AGAIN.

I really liked that the two sides of meet up perfectly. The artwork itself just doesn’t seem to be high-quality . They just didn’t get copyright approval on and just took it off of other media because it’s it’s not clear. It’s not well defined, and the people who originally produced the images would probably not let it go out this way.

This is for the Hawaiian style shirt. The printed pattern is less sharp in person. The shirt is missing a top button and hole. The material is very cheap and flimsy and not pleasant to the touch. It is overpriced, and I have some remorse over the purchase.

Hollywood Steps Out mistep
I had originally order the "Hollywood Steps Out" caricature shirt on pre order form and checked XL. When I placed the order it changed to Small. Since it was a custom shirt, couldn't return it so I placed another shirt with the correct size. RewindEra gave was gracious to give me a discount on my order. I love the shirt full of movie star caricatures from the Warner Bros. cartoon. Im wearing it on the weekend when I go out.
I plan on ordering a couple more for a friend in Palm Springs.
