Lose money, time, customers with Rexbo !!!
Rexbo .. Avoid! I am a professional of spare part for vintage cars. It has been more than a month and a half that I try to obtain parts at home, in stock on their online catalog. I pass over the impossibility of having some of these parts delivered to France, I ask them to deliver the parts in Belgium. On June 22, I pay the bill. (269.45 euros, order FR-42 16 74). I never received them! According to Rexbo, they seem to be back to Rexbo !. For almost 15 days, I phone every day to know the tracking number of DHL of the new delivery. (Whether you are French or German, you always have the same interlocutors, and none speak French). Every day, a person, not always the same, tells me that the next day at the latest, the pieces leave and that I will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. I have to deliver these parts to a customer I lose for sure. This afternoon, I ask to speak to a supervisor. Impossible. To have his mail. Impossible. I then ask that my contact call them directly. Impossible, there is nobody at REXBO at 5:10 pm. (Lines open until 18H00). I'm stuck, and feel manipulating by what looks more and more like a scam. I will let the public know the widest, via the dedicated automotive press, on my Facebook page (Racing-Bull), my website (www. racing-bull.com), and by mail to my 200 customers.
And for those looking for parts for BMW .. I can only recommend another German company, very efficient. Unfortunately for me, I do not want to pay twice the parts, however I ordered from this second supplier a window glass door: This is Wallothnesch dot com. And of course, I will never let go of Rexbo until the delivery of my order .....
