First time Ive ever had to call and Tim was ABSOLUTELY pleasant and easy to deal with. There was a mistake with my order and Tim solves it quickly for me 😊

Very polite and helpful and I am very pleased with the quick response and cancellation of my prescription at this time.

Still being charged for something I didn’t order
Now I find out this morning 5/4/26 I’m being charged again. So that’s being charged 2x for something I didn’t order from a company I didn’t order anything from. Problem actually got worse
Update 5/5/26 charge now from life md a company I didn’t order from still there called and was told it should have been removed. Tried calling life md and cannot get through to speak to anyone.

Needed to cancel my prescription and every business should take a class from them

Lou Martinez is a huge asset for Rex MD! I was having all sorts of problems getting my new credit card to function. My address was wrong (we moved), my shipping address was wrong, etc. Lou was SO patient, kind & helpful!! She corrected everything & was such a blessing! Also, I had an invoice that showed $201.60 but what was stated in our conversation was substantially higher. I sent her a pic of the invoice I had rec’d & she even fixed that! What can I say?! I haven’t met anyone so helpful & patient in helping me! Thank you, Ms Lou!!!

Knowledgeable, empathetic, friendly, nice

Moya was very helpful. She was very professional and really made me feel like she was very understanding and compassionate. Excellent customer service.

The website was a bit clunky. I have had to call your customer service line the last two refills to get billing fixed.

Both times your customer service representatives were absolutely top notch. This last time with Moya. Both times your people knew exactly what to do and fixed it quickly. Very good and very knowledgeable!!!

I have not seen the quality of Customer Service that Kim has in many, many years. I was a service rep with the telephone company back in 1980 and they had a six month training class on Customer Service. Kim’s knowledge, attitude and disposition were a pleasure to work with.

Kim is truly an asset to your company.

Devonte was excellent: professional, friendly, and very thorough.

I called in for a refill and everything was approved. Even answered all the questions. Submitted payment information then received an email stating I cancelled everything?
Why would I give you my payment information and cancel the order.
The customer service stated it will take 5 to 7 days, however they cancelled the order?

Rex MD has poor customer service. They are not good about clearly stating what is required of the patient. I requested a refill of my glp1 meds a week before I needed them and they sent me a questionnaire to fill out which I had never had to do before. Then they waited to place the order to the pharmacy. Right now, I have missed 2 doses and they can't tell me when it will ship.

She was very friendly, listened my concerns and made note of my concerns for the doctor. She was not in a rush, overall extremely happy with her services.

Tim was excellent answered. All of my questions was very polite very knowledgeable. We got the problem that I was working with taken care of and are even ordered 10 more tablets. Tim did a great job.

Unfortunately, my prescription did not work as well as I had hoped. I called to cancel and start the process of finding another prescription. DeVonte was stellar, friendly, professional, and helpful. A great experience! I will seek another prescription with this company.
