Really excellent start to finish

Really excellent start to finish. Rob and Alex were excellent fitters. Would strongly recommend. 3rd house having them fit for us. Wouldn’t ask for anyone else. Really excellent.

Rob is a gem

We are extremely pleased with the shutters and wooden blinds fitted by Rob. From the initial visit through to installation, the service was professional, efficient, and well organised. Rob arrived on time, took great care during fitting, and paid close attention to detail.

The quality of both the shutters and wooden blinds is excellent, and the installation was completed to a very high standard. Everything was explained clearly and the work area was left clean and tidy. We are based in Sutton Coldfield and would not hesitate to recommend this company to other. Stevie and teams in the showroom were very helpful.

Shutters Galore

My home feels so much more cosy now that I’ve had my shutters installed- (in every room !) they are beautiful. Shout out to Rob & Alex who installed them, got to say they took pride in their work & made suggestions which made shutters look even nicer, & neater. Sooo happy.

Great service from Leamington branch

We asked Reynolds blinds Leamington for a quote for a new roller blind for our large dining room window, they came out in a couple of days and we received the quote by email the same day. It was a very good price so we went ahead and ordered. The blind was ready in 8 days and we got a call to arrange a fitting date, which was conveniently the next day on a Saturday! The blind had been fitted very professionally and it looks amazing, we are extremely pleased with it and the quick and efficient service from start to finish. Highly recommend the Leamington branch

I had Reynolds Blinds to make curtains…

I had Reynolds Blinds to make curtains and blinds through out my home, I live in Worcester so initially thought they may not cover my area, however after my consultation. I believe I am happy to recommend Aaron and the team, as from consultation to fitting the team were amazing and i'm very happy with the finished results.

Poor communication, lack of customer care, generally bad experience ..

We called Reynold Blinds in Banbury to come and quote on- blinds for a garden room
And wave curtains for 2 extra large bifold doors 4m long each
An order worth £5000 +
A women came on the 10th October and measured up and persuaded me that Allusion blinds would be better than wave curtains, despite me making her fully aware that it was thermal properties we were wanting to achieve, to help keep a large room warm. I agreed, presuming she knew her stuff... Just to learn that allusion blinds are nothing less than a flimsy lace curtain type thing... no thermal qualitity at all !!
And of course she measured up for the blinds
By the 21st i had to chase for the quote which i still hadnt had through, just to find that the email address was spelt wrong and was told it would be resent , it took another phone call before it was finally received .. ..(You would have thought a good salesman/company would have followed you up by then hoping to clinch a deal !!)
We decided to put the bifold curtain project on hold A) beause allusions blinds were useless for the job and
B) Couldnt afford to do it at that time
I asked to go ahead with the blinds part of the order and was told by christine she would resend the quote altering the fitting charge and removing the allusion blinds from the quote...
the blinds now cost MORE than before !! (Sneaky way of altering the price in the hopes the customer wont notice I guess!!)
I challenged the company about it and was told some waffle about discounts etc ... clearly they dont communicate talk from the same page ... but that is not the customers fault !!
I eventually went into the shop a week ago to go check the colour options as the one on the quote i wasnt happy with and was duly told that the measurements on the quote they were worried were the wrong measurements🤔
I do believe it was an utter load of C...p, a lazer beam from one side of a post to another is not measuring the glass area only, as i was told the quote was showing.
So I accepted their concern and agreed to a remeasure being done the following week (so yet another week lost !) just to get a call on the morning to say ... we wont be be able to guarantee delivery on the date agreed.... Great !!
(I had guests sarriving 2nd week in December and needed the job done before then)
With minimal time left now to rearrange someone else to do the job we can thank REYNOLD BLINDS for a total muck up and wouldnt recommend them to anyone. I thought i was doing my bit in supporting local shops only to be messed around from beginning to end and judging by other reviews, not the only one to have had the same experience

Just had Reynolds Blinds Kings Norton…

Just had Reynolds Blinds Kings Norton fit our venetian blinds all round,we chose the white wood and very pleased on the quality.they look brilliant on our windows.
Big thank you to Mitchell who fitted them first class fitting very friendly young 👨 man .

Reynolds Blinds Sutton Coldfield

Reynolds Blinds, Birmingham Road, Sutton Coldfield. Initially courteous as I requested their services through their website, however I requested someone to come out and measure up for some blinds. A lady came out and gave me 2 quotes, the highest being 2K and the lowest 1K. My budget was around £600 so I was honest and told them their quote was too much and to just send me an email with the quotes anyway whilst I have a think. The lady said, leave it with me and she'll be in touch again. However 3 weeks later, no email and no follow up!

Unprofessional Fitting and curtain service

Apart from initial sales advice this was an incompetent service. Measurements were inaccurate. Fitter did not measure Pole which then had to be moved creating more holes. 16 in total with holes for tie backs. Initially refused to fill in holes. When advised he should do so, he did so from a small step with his hands outstretched so he could not see what he was doing. The pole was warped, two finials damaged but turned away so I could not see them til I got a ladder, and no pole retaining screws. Initially Refused to remove old curtains etc., which was part of the purchase. Curtains were lying on floor. . Complaint to CEO was not acknowledged and no apology from CEO. Curtains remade but when put up had black marks along lower quarter of each curtain. Metal pole brought instead of wooden pole as requested. All this took 6 months instead of 6 weeks and instead of a refund I was sent a bill! Very stressful experience started 5th March. Service cancelled early September. More than enough time to get it right.
