where even to begin?

where even to begin?
chaotic onboarding ?
huge mess?
extremely weak and incompetent leadership?

Chaotic onboarding by design: Purposefully withholding critical tooling and repository access for weeks, only to penalize contributors in daily stand-ups for the exact delays leadership engineered.

A culture of "Innovation Theater"

Incompetent, emotionally volatile leadership: "Leaders" who operate entirely on gut feeling, project their own insecurities onto the team, and substitute professional rationality with personal tantrums.

Technical illiteracy at the top: Decision-makers who genuinely believe building a complex orchestration pipeline is as simple as "asking the AI to do it," completely misunderstanding the architectural rigor required.

Weaponized mistakes(regardless of what)

Punishing actual competence: Treating the delivery of a working, system not as a success, but as a direct threat that exposes the stagnant, delayed nature of the existing team.

Silent resentment and paranoia: Constructing entire internal narratives of hatred without a single clarifying conversation, extending to paranoid, heavy-handed freakouts over completely benign social media activity.

The cowardly exit strategy: citing phantom budget constraints and instantly severing email access to avoid a factual, face-to-face resolution.

I myself am a victim of their racism and cowardness as well as their constant lie and ambiguous request and lack of clarification,
