I recently purchased porcelain slabs from craig the overall experience was excellent. The quality of the slabs themselves is outstanding and exactly what we were looking for.
A particular highlight was the service we received. Craig was absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond to assist us throughout the entire process. His help was invaluable and made everything run smoothly.

My last order I managed order the wrong colour porcelain only realising after the delivery had been dropped. Very good displays. Helpful staff. But be careful if you decide on Caramel Buff Porcelain. RF's two displays of this are very different, but we still bought it - and whilst what we bought looks very good now it's down, it is much lighter than the two displays we saw at RF.

With the porcelain, they often come in shade batches that can vary on productions. This is why at our HQ we try to show as many displays as possible to show you the variation. The reason the two displays are different is that one is vertical and one is on the floor. When the product is laid on the floor, due to lighting this can vary the colour a lot which is why we show both. Also lighting in your garden depending on how exposed it is or if there are shades created, this again can also change.
Its nice to hear that the product looks very good now its down though and that the staff were very helpful.

Showstopper of a garden!

We ordered the flags to come for a set date, they arrived on time and at the time stated. The flags look amazing down and we’ve received endless compliments and just couldn’t be happier. We had a few flags left over and have returned these to RF paving for a refund minus a restocking charge. Great service, would recommend to anyone looking to build an amazing garden!
