Very worst customer service and didn't receive the product

Very worst customer service. I have been contacting for the delivery for the past 3 days and no emails, messages or assurance were received. They are not ready to call the courier company and ask them to deliver. It is in my locations for the past 5 days. I still didn't receive the order. Since I'm using their Diapers I ordered before 13days as a backup. I didn't receive the product yet and I'm forced to use some other product which I really don't like.

Mahesh Makwana from R for Rabbit customer support deserves special appreciation. He took complete ownership of my issue, communicated clearly, kept every promise he made, and ensured my refund was processed on time. He patiently addressed all the confusion and concerns caused by the delay.

Unfortunately, the overall experience with R for Rabbit was extremely disappointing. After ordering a stroller, there were no delivery updates despite multiple calls and emails, and even the cancellation request was not handled properly by other customer care executives.

I have 2 Main reason to greatful to your company.
1. Diapers are very gentle and rash free. I really really greatful to your company that you provide this much soft diapers.
2.Wipes are very gentle and soft and specially rash free. I can use in any season that will give same result.
