Ordered engine case covers many years ago which are fanstastic. I recently needed replacement hardware for the covers. Carl from customer service helped me out super quickly with a quote and then promptly shipping the items out. Great service.

Awesome company. I sent in a request for info regarding a product I was having trouble finding. They contacted me back asap with the link and info regarding exactly what I was looking before. The products are high quality and R&G is one of the few companies that I trust when it comes to my motorcycle.

After my OFF I contacted Carl for replacement bobins and can’t thank him enough for swift reply, sorted the parts and send the next day. These bobins are worth their weight in gold and I say to any biker they are a must have item!! Saved me £2k 💷 if was not for their great product!! Will never not have them ever again and will tell every biker must have 10/10

R&G are the best in the business for frame sliders, I use them on all my bikes and have never had an issue, customer care is also great

I had a query regarding a crash bung where I only wanted one. I emailed them and very quick response and the person I dealt with was call Carl, sold me one crash bung instead of a set of two PERFECT!! Great communication throughout and would definitely use again for my motorbike necessities.

Have purchased several R&G products over the years and always very pleased with the items. On this occasion I tried to source a R&G part for my bike but could not fine it. I contacted R&G via their Web page asking if they stock the item. I had a reply within minutes with the details I required. Once again R&G came up trumps and I am most grateful for their help.

I purchased a set of frame protectors for my 2001 FJR1300, and they are exactly what I wanted. The quality of the protectors is exceptional, and the fitting instructions and after sales support for general product questions is great. They were sent to Australia and the postage time was very minimal and they arrived in less than a week. Great care was taken with the packaging and they arrived in perfect condition. If you are looking for protectors for your bike and want quality at a great price, I highly recommend R & G.
