2nd time hired vehicle from RGM
2nd time hired vehicle from RGM - this time Motorhome - excellent service from Richard from start to end - always very welcoming customer support 2nd to none. Great local business which we were not aware of until earlier this year - pricing is excellent as well. Would always recommend.

Couldn't have asked for more
We rented a van from RGM to move house and couldn't have asked for better. The service was really personal and easy, the Van was in perfect condition and the cost was very reasonable. They even provided a sack trolly, dust sheets and straps free of charge. I would definitely recommend and will certainly use again if need be.

Two excellent rentals.
I have recently rented a 7.5T truck and later a large van. The service at RGM was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The two vehicles were perfect and the price was the best I found anywhere in the area. I will definitely use again and I highly recommend to anyone. Thanks RGM.

Incredible service.
The difference between an average company and a great one isn’t revealed until things go wrong. On a basic level, everything about my van rental was positive: competitive price, excellent communication and friendly service.
However, when I dropped the van back off and realised my car keys were 400 miles away, Richard went above and beyond to help me out of an awful situation. Great advice, useful trade contacts and even an incredibly generous lift to my hotel (40 minute round trip!)
All this on a Sunday morning.
There are many good reasons to use a local independent over the big national chains, but even still I was blown away by the service at RGM. There aren’t enough stars to give this company the rating they deserve.
