As first time buyers we were new to everything and Rachel took the time to explain and make us feel comfortable.

No request or challenge was to much to ask. She also managed to secure us a new and lower rate 3 times after being accepted! This is not something she had to do.

All in all I would have no hesitation in recommending Rachel to anyone looking for a mortgage.

I cannot recommend Rachel enough. Her ongoing support, quick responses and expertise are next to none. Not only did Rachel manage our mortgage queries efficiently but she also went above and beyond to support us when it came to queries about the local area, insurance and even offering advice on how to handle tricky situations with our upward chain.

Rachel was an incredibly prompt, proactive, friendly and thoughtful mortgage advisor - highly recommended. As a first time buyer she talked me through the lay of the land, terms, current trends etc very clearly and secured me the best deal available super quickly which I was really pleased with. She also really listened to what I was looking to buy and out of the blue she emailed me a suitable flat in my price range, which funny enough was the one I ended up buying. Months down the line she was again very prompt with some additional paperwork I needed. Highly recommended.

We were nervous about the application process but needn’t have been. Rachel was helpful, professional and pragmatic throughout. She was reliable, always keeping us informed of everything. Rachel’s vast experience shone through as she anticipated all our queries and she was able to place us with a good lender really quickly and confidently. Once the application was accepted she was still available for any queries. We’ve got no hesitation at all in recommending her.

As first time buyers we were a bit confused/nervous about the whole process. Rachel provided us with all the information we needed and made us feel much more confident taking the first step to buying a home. She talked through all our options so we had a clear idea on what we could afford and all the different routes we could take. Her communication is top notch, replying to emails promptly so we were never left wondering. The whole process has gone so smoothly, we honestly can't recommend her enough.

Rachel was fantastic with us from start to finish. She works extremely hard for her clients and is very knowledgeable. My husband is self employed so things are a bit tricker but she managed to help us successfully. Would highly recommend.
