The person listens to the requirements of clients keenly and is truly patient with clients. No arrogance, haste or half minded attitude in case of works.

We rarely get a person who merges and aligns with the idea that customers have in our mind.

In this person's case, we don't need to explain too much in order to get a final perfect output. The person knows the customers' mind and what the customer is imagining. And, knows to do everything without much description and explanation from customers' side.

Moreover, we don't need to pressurise the person everytime or have to be worried whether the person has finished the job or not. The person finishes the job ON or BEFORE the said time without any delay.Absolutely punctual in work and timing.

Even if we have any emergency or urgency, the person still finishes it faster within limited time if needed.
