Boards and bars come damaged. Contact customers Service and they send me replacment parts. When they arrive they come damaged again and not from the size of racking i asking. At the end i tell my customer to not pay me for those racking as he can't wait another week for parts and i dont want have negative feedback from my customers i asking rihno as they because they are not Bother about secure their parcels properly. Where i have to working at the end for free and pay for racking and not listening what you Say i ask kindly for partial. Refund for those racking to cover Littlebit their mistake Where i pay for it. Their refuse to do it. because i recpect my customers I decide to buy whole ply Wood board and Cut for him nice not damaged flimsy sheet for shelfs. Anyone who buying rihno racking there is no diffrentce between those cheap ebay and temu racking. So dont Bother to buy those Over price propably from temu racking and customers Service is one big mistake. I would advise anyone who wants quality, tufferman is Way to go. Avoid rihno racking

Best shelves ever, I have 3 now

I needed a replace mdf shelf for a garage shelving unit after damage to existing shelf. I couldn’t find anywhere that did this at a reasonable price. However, after finding RR online I placed an order on the Monday. The item was received on the Wednesday. Well packaged and exactly how described. All in all I was extremely impressed. Would highly recommend.

Purchased a lot of rhino racking shelving over the last 18months and it has all been great apart from ome delivery where 3 of the cross bars were the wrong size. Contacted them and they sent out replacements next day. Great customer service and will continue to buy from them time and again

Purchased 2 units. Definately a 2 person job to put together. A hammer is needed to put together. Not 1 single piece pushed together without a hammer. 2 of the side pieces (B's) were slightly bent and when we hammered them into place the heads flew off the rivets, good job they didnt go in our faces! When assembled it is sturdy. Very disappointed when no reply to our email to Rhino regarding the rivets and safety.

My first impression was that everything was a bit flimsy, however it all firmed up considerably when assembled.

Before buying I searched their web for details of the shelving 'boards', but couldn't find what I wanted to know. Turns out they are 4-5 mm thick MDF, which to my mind is not a 'board' or a plank, more a sheet.

Unfortunately my delivery was one item short. This was posted to me as soon as I pointed it out, but it took three days arrive.

I'm impressed with the speed of delivery and the quality of the racking. It seemed a bit flimsy when I first unpacked it but once it was put together it was very sturdy. I brought 2 bays and joining clips were provided, I used a rubber mallet to knock it together. I also put a couple of fixings in each bay to my garage wall just using screws so its solid as a rock.
I would definitely buy again and DX kept me informed of day of delivery, on the day they sent a text with a 2 hour window for delivery.
