I had a problem with my case and with less than 1 day they send me a new one so great company and great products 👍🏻

Very fast shipping and good customer service. Everything perfect.

I contacted Rhinoshield about some issues I had with a recent order. I had used the wrong video to install the screen protector, which ended up being misaligned and badly fit it. The customer service did take a little bit of time, with a reply coming each morning, but within a few days they had arranged a replacement screen protector to be sent to me. Customer service is very polite and helpful.

Really fast answering and resolving my issues, always happy to buy in Rhinoshield.

It's a great brand, but it has a delivery problem. At least here in Spain, you don't have a choice, and SEUR being SEUR, it came late. It is not completely Rhinoshield's fault, but in a way it is. But they should have an option on the payment process to let the customers decide which company to deliver our products.

The case seems sturdy, and it doesn't have any imprints (I bought the solid suit). I hope it lasts. The support service was on point and helpful.

Es una buena marca, pero con un problema de envíos. En España al menos, no puedes decidir con que compañia enviar el producto, se usa DPD o en españa SEUR. SEUR es una compañía nefasta e incompetente y no deberían dejar como única opción a seur, obviamente llegó tarde en el envío después de 5 intentos. No me importaría pagar un poco más para seleccionar correos u otro servicio en condiciones.

Por lo demás, la funda se ve bien y resistente, no tiene fallos (compré el modelo solidsuit). Espero que dure. Lo bueno que el servicio de atención al cliente ha sido correcto.

UPDATED: I got contacted right away by the customer service and got a replacement for the case and it's been more than 2 months and it's as good as new, rigid and good quality.
Exactly what you expect from a trusted company as Rhinoshield.

Looked great and rigid at the beginning but after 3 months of use, the case became so loose that the phone comes out of it on its own. Honestly I'm so so disappointed, I was expecting a premium quality for the price I paid.

It is the first time that I buy items for my mobile phone and the feeling of protection that these give me is very good. The only thing to change on the part of the company, I would say that they are some of the parcel companies with which they work, since they leave a little to be desired. Otherwise everything perfect.

I bought a phone case but It wasn’t as I expected. I began the devolution process and It went smoothly (even though you need to pay for the delivery). The woman,Isabela, who helped me was really nice and gave a fast response which I recon is important for a client. She was really nice and polite.

I bought a SolidSuit case for the iPhone 13 and it came with a defect on the volume buttons,I contacted them for the garanty and they answered and offered to replace them and give me a free pair of another color in a few days. Very good support management and cases for all the phones ;)

I had high expectations with this brand forever. They are somewhat expensive cases and I always thought they would be very good. I recently bought one for an iPhone 13 pro Max, with wood on the back.

-The phone takes a lot of size
-The wood on the back seems to be film and not real wood, it has immediately been marked with rips and small bumps.
-The casing has no grip, it is very slippery.
-Any blow to the edges cracks and raises small splinters that you nail..

It doesn't have magsafe...

It's a $10 case and not nearly $40.

It is one of the worst covers I have ever had.

Tenía muchas expectativas con esta marca de siempre. Son carcasas algo caras y siempre creí que serían muy buenas. Recientemente compre una para un iPhone 13 pro Max, con madera por detrás.

-El teléfono coge mucho tamaño
-La madera de atrás parece ser film y no madera real, enseguida se ha marcado con rices y golpes pequeños.
-La carcasa no tiene grip, es muy resbaladiza.
-De algún golpe en los bordes se agrieta y levantan pequeñas astillas que pinchan.

No lleva magsafe…

Es una funda de 10$ y no de casi 40.

Es de las peores fundas que he tenido nunca.
