These are my local jewellers after I moved to the area and I'm so happy to be able to say how amazing they are. I have bought a few items from them and always been extremely happy with my purchase and their service. I've had jewellery repairs and adjustments done there too and mostly they do them while I wait. I literally can't praise them enough. They have given me free professional advice and not just tried to get me to part with my money, even saved me money or costly mistakes. I completely trust them because of this.
I am not wealthy and the little pieces I have bought have been modestly priced but I feel their service did not differ from someone who was spending a lot with them. At no point have I been made to feel 'less than' because my purchases are modest. I always feel completely valued as a customer, regardless of the amount I am spending, and that is exceptional, especially in this day and age. This is why I will continue to shop with them and go back to them again and again. I appreciate their down to earth, kind, friendly staff, and service, so much.

Apart from their stock, which should satisfy most customers, Robert Harris have an excellent repair service.
