What an absolute dump. This place has stopped us visiting such a great country again. Ver over priced, packed with no way near enough seating. Very very slow chaotic boarding processes.

The staff are so rude and ubrubt, they speak to you like you are stupid, no patience and alot of eyerolling. Not enough seats, was just awful.

After having a fantastic holiday in labranda blue bay resort we got to the airport checking although we had already checked in before departure they insisted that our cabin luggage had to be paid for and they were just trying to get money off people for anything luggage related
They charged us for extra hand luggage that we had already paid for and was in black and white on our intinary,we even had a buggy/sports equipment printed on one of our boarding cards meaning you could have taken extra bag that we never used on the way out.
They were so interested to taking money they didn’t check my partner passport at all she had burnt her face with the sun and was wearing baseball cap Hollywood glasses and a mask and she didn’t even ask for her to take anything of them off to identify her.
They were not even wearing name badges so you can complain about the person that dealt with you shame on Ryanair ripping all them people off!!!
