Emailed and asked to cancel if it wasn’t going to arrive before my holiday.
Completely disregarded my request and just told me to shut up and wait for my order pretty much.

I placed an online order with a company originally called Bella finds which then changed to urban wave and then 24hrs later changed to Rhodeskinuk. My order was placed on the 8th of January with an est delivery of 3-5 working days it's now the 22nd of January and my order status is still "being processed". I've sent multiple emails and messages on there supposed FB and Instagram page that is advertised on there website with an update on my order and requested a full refund with 0 response 😡, not sure if I've been coned or they are just the worst company ever.
