Be very cautious
Be very cautious when dealing with this company. Our experience involved misleading communication, incorrect items, and incomplete deliveries. We ordered brass switches and received a brass sample, but the actual order did not include brass material but only look like brass . We also requested multiple floor sockets, which they claimed to be manufacturing themselves charging a high price, only to receive Legrand sockets instead.
The order was incomplete, with over €1,200 worth of items missing. They repeatedly insisted the missing items were in a separate package, but DHL confirmed there was no additional package. Despite multiple follow-ups, they first claimed the items were still in production, then said they had shipped them but never provided a tracking number. To this day, we haven’t received the missing items. Be cautious and ensure clear agreements if you decide to work with them.
This lack of follow-through and transparency is unprofessional and not representative of reliable business conduct.
