Absolute joke told an emergency plunder would vist to sort out sewage back up in sink and bath between 8 and 12 am its now 5pm and still no show. Now told out of hrs will attend NO THANKS useless and unreliable

Terrible housing assc, absolute joke. They seem to think that when a tenant is suffering from ongoing dangerous antisocial behaviour/harrassment that its okay to say they're going to deal with it but then just ignore it and hope it goes away. Well I will not be going away, I will be bringing a case to the housing Ombudsman, and I do indeed have a very strong case.

My partner spoke to David today regarding on going intimidation against myself, from neighbours downstairs and anti social behaviour. Once again a very understanding and caring employee, who showed empathy and care. Thank you David.

You'd be hard pushed to find an organisation or service more inept or incompetant. I worked managing building trades before becoming disabled and winding up in housing association property for the first time.

Completely inept and poorly run. It is arranged for the benefit of those that work at the head office.

Whenever I have a problem such as a big crack in our storage room, or a leak or whatever, Rhp never gets back! They are terrible!!!!

Poor customer service allowing vulnerable tenants to face unspeakable ASB for years doing nothing substsntial

Spoke to a really helpful man called Philip on behalf of my mum regarding a repair outdoor while visiting her today and even though I wasn't through to the right department as I felt completely lost on what to do or who to contact, Philip was still helpful and advised me on what to do.

excellent caretaker on lambert estate richmond named Simon who goes the exra mlle to keep this estate clean and even does things out of his own to keep me who has a lung and auto immune safe,a huge Thanks to him it is so appreciated that we have such a good man working here.
