I've had my walking pad from them for a year, and the motor burned out on it. It created a VERY unsafe experience using it. When I reached out to their support department, they told me it was just a little past the 1 year warranty and they refuse to replace the burned out motor. I spent a lot of money on this for it to last less than a year. This is a terrible company that doesnt stand by their products and they refuse to help people when they need it. Their products dont last and I would highly suggest everyone stay away from this business. I will be leaving multiple 1 star reviews everywhere I can and warning everyone that this company is a horrible business and makes products that absolutely do not last more than a year. STAY AWAY!!!!!

1 Star - Warranty Not Honored - No Replacement Provided
I purchased a RHYTHM FUN treadmill in May 2024. It completely broke in May 2025 - just three
days before the 1-year warranty expired. The motor failed and gave off a strong burning smell caught fire.
I contacted Rhythm Fun multiple times (May 22, May 26, June 2, June 7-8, and again on June 14
and 15). I received one reply offering only a 30% refund, even though the product failed within the
warranty period. I have provided clear documentation, but they have refused to send a replacement
or fully honor the warranty.
I also escalated the issue to Amazon. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service and
will not be purchasing from this seller again. If you value reliable support, look elsewhere.

Just perfect for lu needs

It will turn off/reset back to zero by itself while I'm walking on it, and I lose the counter of time, miles and calories. The outer power cord (black) is cut and exposes the inner cord (white). Since it powered on and it worked, I didn't think it would be an issue and now I am thinking this may be the reason it turns off randomly while I am using it...I didn't report it as damaged, and return it but I should have.

Ordered it, got it, set it up, use it. All good so far.

I ordered my treadmill and on Nov 27 I got msg it was shipped. Then to be delivered on Dec 6th, then the 8th, then 10th now it's the 11th.
Do what you say, don't be so fickled.

It took longer to get here than advertised but I have been using it for about a week now and love it. It came with a rail and a safety stop button as well as a place to hold my phone. Hopefully I can reach my weight loss goal with it as I really didn't want to join another gym.

Very pleased with the treadmill. Very little to set up. Easy to use.

Great product. Fast shipping and amazing customer service. Handles big guys like me very well. Wish it was a little a wider for my wide legs but that's not to bad

Set up took only a few minutes and is now running very well.

Really like equipment so far.

Fits well in my very small house. I can move it by myself. The electronic read-outs are large enough that I can read them without my glasses. Works fine for me as I am only 5’ tall. My walker legs just fit on either side to give me more stability. I hope it lasts because it is just right for me.
