Really poor
I ordered 2 jumpers thinking they operated out of Covent Garden - they don't! The items took forever to arrive from WUHAN. The quality is dreadful, colours just hideous and nothing like the photos on the site to top it all one has to return items to China at your own expense. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

After a little research this company…
After a little research this company looked like they were based in Covent Garden, so I placed an order, they responded quickly with tracking information, when I clicked on track order it bought up Chinese shipping information, so after chasing my order after 2 weeks I was told that when they are busy in London they farm out orders to be packed elsewhere, what a crock! This is cheap Chinese rubbish, don’t waste your money.

Don't be fooled by the Covent Garden address. Items come from China and are not as described!
I ordered a jumper and top via an Instagram advert and what I received was a completely different colour from the one advertised. They appear to be a UK based company (in Covent Garden no less), but in fact the items were shipped from China. Their policy states that returns should be made to the Covent Garden address for a full refund. However, I was told to return the items to China!!! I refused to do this and heard nothing more from them.
