I am sorry to have to right a bad…

I am sorry to have to right a bad review, but despite multiple attempts to contact a representative from Ribble Valley Gin Company by phone, email, Facebook, Love Longridge Business site, I still have not received an order confirmation or payment receipt, for an order placed 14/02/2024. No person is picking up the phone and shortly going to initiate a bank recall for moneys sent in good faith.

Thank you for now coming back to me and I look forward to the funds being returned to me as stated. For the future, In order to put customers minds at rest, that someone should be able to pick up the phone, on numbers you state on your order website and when the 1st email is not responded to, you seek every other way of contacting your customer. No emails exists within my Inbox or Junk folders to date
Ribble Valley Gin is a great gin, but the customer support I have experienced, lets the product down and that is a real shame.
Buyer beware!

Amazing Gin

Amazing Gin! Especially the winters night version. Was lucky enough to meet the creators too and they’re absolutely lovely! Will definitely be putting another order in soon 👌🏻
