I bought some items from them, some were delivered in batches, but not all, even after TWO years of contacting them to no response via email and later via their Instagram page. They won't refund or send it to my address. I have reported to SHOP, BBB Atlanta, but to no avail. Just warning others to stay clear, till now I have not taken delivery of my items and am still being ignored, email and IG, for a shop list of over $500, with over $200 worth of an items pending till now.

We ordered a jacket for our son, and when it arrived it had no tags, smelt mildly of deodorant/aftershave and to confirm my thoughts it actually had a set of headphones obviously worn in the pockets.
Also the photo on the website wasn't the same as what arrived. Embroidery was gordy and not same design. Looked cheap with threads not finished ie cotton hanging off and diamante missing .
I posted on their page and messaged, but have received nothing back.
Will wash and he can wear I suppose, but will put this down to experience.
First time we have ever had this experience with an on line company, so will be careful going forward.
Genuinely disappointed.
