As a fan of video games, I always enjoyed purchasing from Rice Digital. However, the thing I found most exciting was the exclusive limited editions they offer. I am extremely fanatic over the PlayStation Vita and some of the limited edition games that exist, would likely not have happened if it weren't for Rice Digital themselves. As for delivery, they definitely know how to ensure a package arrives in good condition. I have not received anything damaged or to a point where I've needed to contact them regarding any orders I have made. I for one will continue to purchase from Rice Digital so that I can ensure my collection grows and my gaming experience grows along with it!

Rice digital is a really good site that i have used to buy some games from, and all the games arrived on time and i have nothing bad to say. Everything is excellent.

Well, like the title says, everything's there for you. You want something they have? Easy to buy. Wanna preorder? Easily done. Some of the preorder deals are pretty good as well and the email updates you receive, if you have an account with them, are informative and can surprisingly be humorous. Accessible to any lover of everything Japanese, so if that applies to you I thoroughly recommend you come to this site. I hope this helps!

Always had a speedy dispatch and had products arrive without any issues, couldn't be happier with them.

One order arrived damaged, one order never arrived, one preorder was canceled due to them not paying attention to their stock. I'm very disappointed and will never order again from ricedigital.

As the title suggest, I'm not a frequent buyer there, but I had pleasant experience, the customer service is prompt, the prices fair and their policy to imports in the EU a nice boon to have. All in all, I think they're a good company with a good balance of efficiency and being light-hearted about video games and I like that.

Rice Digital is the kind of site made by fans of a subject matter (japanese game and related stuff) for other fans, and i frankly have been treated well, i didn't buy much from the store but i didn't have a single problem with any order, and i still check the site and/or blog on a semi-regular basis, after it got recommended to me by a friend.

I really love this company so much. They're kind, friendly and offer the best customer service. They also have such great deals and games cost a decent price. their staff are very friendly at comic con too. I end up spending most of my money at their stand whenever i go XD. i wish nothing but growth and happiness for this company :).

I have used Rice for two orders so far, having found out about them as they were the only retailer stocking the Steins Gate: El Psy Kongroo edition. They seem reasonably priced, sometimes having items cheaper than Amazon, and typically have better stock too. Rice stock a lot of very lesser-known or niche products, and they seem to be pretty good at re-stocking when they run out too. They also have a great import service with very fair costs, for example I bought the Steins Gate US edition as the UK edition was out of stock, and it cost exactly the same, and arrived in nice time too.

Rice also have one of the better Newsletters, as it's very focused on their speciality. Chances are if Rice stock products that interest you, the Newsletter is worth keeping up with as they provide highly useful info on new releases that I often wouldn't have heard of otherwise. These games don't often feature on popular sites such as IGN or Gamespot for example. I've gotten a few discounts through the newsletter previously, and their occasional sales are great. Never had any problem with my orders or delivery. Would definitely recommend them if you're interested in anime and/or JRPG products at all.

Excellent online store, great customer service and they ship quickly. Nice to see somewhere that focuses on relatively niche Japanese titles, I've met some of the staff at various events like MCM London Comic Con and they are genuine fans and really know their stuff!

They offer great products at a very good price, have a fast and kind customer service and their shipping service is cheap and reliable.

I requested an cancellation of a pre-order 2 weeks ago 21/03/2016 and am still awaiting a refund, I have chased this a few times now but have not had a response for my last two emails.

I feel this is getting beyond a joke now, I was told last week the manager was not there last week so my refund could not be processed, though it should have been done the week before when it was requested. I've never heard of a company that does not refund a cancellation straight away. I do not know why anything has been put in place to cover people on leave or sickness.

This is the 2nd time I have had an issue with these guys the first taking nearly a month of chasing to get a refund on some items, which I did get eventually, they very nicely sent me the items as well to say sorry, Though I only received the T-shirt, I was told the game was not in stock so they did nothing about it. But I did have to chase and said a number of e-mails to get to that point.

The Guy Dennis was very pleasant but fell I'm getting no where and its becoming a bit of a Joke as they're holding my money with no right or reason. When things go right they have been fine but as soon as anything goes wrong its a lot of hassle

Emailed today to chase to make sure this was being looked at today and have no response.

After posting this I did get a response and a refund (i was promised that this was before the review but can not prove) guy there Dennis seems very pleasant, But was asked to remove this review which I was not very happy about.

Will think really hard if to use again.

I always followed Rice Digital's offers as they are the best place in Europe to buy Japanese videogames with exclusive packages and often they have better prices than other online stores.
My packaged took almost two week to arive but that was due to Christmas/New Year's Eve/Additional Italian Stat. Holidays.
Great shop, I will buy from them again in the future!
