From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the friendliest and most professional staff. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and welcoming, making our shopping experience a real pleasure. Despite living in Scotland, the entire process—from selecting items to having them delivered—was smooth and hassle-free. The items arrived carefully packed and in perfect condition, though there was a slight issue with one of the pieces.
When I contacted the owner about the issue, I was immediately impressed with the prompt and no-hassle resolution. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident, and it was refreshing to receive such excellent service.
