Great pictures and service.
This is the second time I’ve bought some work and it didn’t disappoint. I was kept informed throughout the process and even had a little extra thrown in in the form of better glass on the frame as a show of good will.
Will keep an eye on Richard’s work going forward should I need to fill another wall.

One negative:
Sadly delivery let down by pretty abysmal service from UPS....they tried to deliver 3 hours after the text alert ‘delivery window’ & the cats through door had no useful info to deduce just when they would next try or how to change etc...I’d recommend use Hermes/DPD/Royal Mail/Yodel in future as their systems far more customer friendly & reliable in my experience!
