Richard Jackson's Garden Reviews 

Having placed my order on a Tuesday 28th June I expected it to be delivered in 3 to 4 working days as stated on the website.
The following Tuesday I was just about to query where my order was when I received an email stating “My order was on its way”. Then nothing till my order finally arrived on the Friday 8th July, 10 days after placing my it.
On receipt I noticed that the dispatch note was dated Monday 4th so here is where my 3 to 4 working days delivery period started.
It would have been great to be kept informed that there was going to be a delay obviously a serious lack of communication.
This is the worst delivery time I have ever experienced and I even had to pay for
it.
If I do get response from Richard Jackson Gardens please don’t state “sorry for the delay I’ll look into that”. It seems to be words not action going by the previous complaints about delivery time.
It’s a pity I couldyn’t give it 5 stars like the lucky customers who quoted “a quick delivery service”

Tried these lots of young starlings this year.
These are very good because unlike a lot of these they last well
They don't fall into pieces as soon as a bird lands on the feeder.

Fast delivery, I love root booster and flower power, my daughter has moved house twice in 5 years her favourite plahts have gone with her and root booster has been invaluable, even when dug up at the wrong time, they have all thrived .

I ordered the moss killer and its done the job very pleased now put down grass seed.

Great value products that really work. Everything is organic and safe to use. I won't use any other products in my garden.
