I could not reccomend them enough. They represented me on both the buy and sell side and nothing was ever too much trouble.

We had a property that wasn’t getting any viewings with a competitor on the same high street. On the advice of our daughters who have had nothing but amazing things to say about Anthony their star letting agent, we switched. Within the same day he had shown a tenant who wanted to take it. Not only was it impossibly efficient, our tenant has proven to be a landlords’ dream; taking such great care of our property it looks even better than when he moved in! Very very happy with Anthony’s enthusiasm, friendliness and professionalism. Can’t recommend him enough and look forward to working with him at the next opportunity.

The best in the business in Mill Hill. Seemless transaction on our sale (and they were amazing at keeping the pressure on throughout the chain). If you’re selling in Mill Hill then they are undoubtedly the best.

Exceptional estate agency that has spoiled us for all others. Not only immensely efficient and flexible, they stayed in there in these most difficult times with not the slightest drop in energy and commitment from day one until they sold our house for as good as the asking price. They provided many more viewings than any of the agencies we used previously and asking Richard James to take sole agency was the best decision we could have made. Natalie, James and Richard are wonderful people who made it a personal mission to help us get what we wanted. Even after the sale, Natalie has been incredible helping with the legal and logistical issues that are involved to help exchange contracts and close. When I was looking for an agent, I asked around locally and everyone recommended Richard James. From the first time I dealt with them at the valuation, I knew we'd made the right decision. Our sale was handled by Natalie - the most efficient and incredible agent I've ever met. Natalie has quite the fan club among my extended family for how well she looked after us and secured us the loveliest buyer we could have hoped for for our home. Richard James's customer service, knowledge and professionalism goes above and beyond. I'm just sad that we'll be moving away from the area and won't get to use them again in future. Recently, we both bought and sold houses through Richard James.
Having originally listed pre-pandemic, we decided to move in late Summer 2020. Natalie took the listing and had a number of potential purchasers booked within a week. She was always Covid safe and we received and asking price offer after the first weekend.
By talking with the rest of her team, she knew exactly what we were looking for and immediately let us know when properties came up. One was under Richard and turned out to be exactly what we were looking for.
No purchase is without hiccups and Richard was amazing throughout, keeping the stress away from both sides and always thinking of ways to bring things to a conclusion.
What makes the difference is that everyone who works there are lovely people and professional. Neither Richard nor Natalie made us feel like we were bugging them, no matter what time of the day we would speak.
We don’t want to move again, but if we did it would be through Richard James.
