I cannot praise Anita and the team enough - they really helped in what was a very complex process where I 100% know that any other agent would have let the sale fall through. They were fair and honest with all the parties and made sure everything happened and each party were kept updated on a regular basis. This office is totally the reverse of the bad press on Estate Agents - the team should be so proud that they are a shining example to the industry.

This is literally one of THE WORST agencies I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I work for a development company, often sourcing sites, and whenever I see them as the listing agent I think twice about calling on the property. Their agents never have any information and can't seem to be bothered and deflect any responsibility for answering further questions. The units are always grossly misrepresented and over valued; usually a Catfish. Please reconsider choosing these people as your representation. They have fumbled 2 deals for us and rarely call back in a timely manner with any relevant information. Total time wasters. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

Looking for a rental property.
Messaged twice via Rightmove to arrange a viewing - no response.
Left a voicemail at the office - never heard back
Sent a message via their online chat requesting a call back to arrange a viewing - never heard anything.

After trying to get hold of these agents via numerous methods I have still neither managed to speak to anyone, nor heard anything from them.

If I were a landlord, I'd avoid, because clearly you're missing out on interested parties viewing your properties.
As an interested tenant, I'll avoid going forwards, because clearly they're unprofessional and can't be relied upon to communicate, which is obviously only going to cause problems if they're the managing agent for a property.

We invited the senior surveyor from Richard Watkinson out to value our bungalow. We were shocked at the value given and tried to explain that the village had a premium as very little came up for sale. He disagreed and stuck with his valuation then didn't even send his report. We put it up with Newton Fallowell. Within 2 hours we had 3 people who wanted to view then 3 more by the end if the day. In the following days we achieved 5 cash offers and got £100,000 more than the Richard Watkinson valued it for. My recommendation would be to buy from them but not sell. Go to Newton Fallowell they are brilliant!

This review refers to Newark letting office. I would have given a million negative stars if there was one. All landlords, I hope you see this review before you hand over your properties to them. These people do not care about doing their job properly. They are absolutely dreadful to deal with. My properties were fully managed by Newark office for many year. The old manager Denice was the best and ever since her departure the management just got worse every year. In the end I couldn’t put up with them any more and removed my properties from their care. Landlords, do yourself a massive favour and use a different agent!

Richard Watkinson in Bingham, Nottinghamshire were absolutely outstanding. I cannot rate them or praise them highly enough. All staff members in the Bingham office were knowledgable, helpful & highly professional and they all worked extremely hard to sell our house for us. A special thank you must go to Anita who was completely brilliant and ultimately helped us achieve our full asking price and worked tirelessly on our behalf whilst dealing with a number of flaky links at the bottom of our chain. I may have had a nervous breakdown without you Anita! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Property was described as a house and when we arrived it was a flat.

I would like to thank the staff of Richard Watkinson Estate Agents in Radcliffe on Trent, Nottinghamshire for being very kind and for providing a very efficient service in recently selling my Dad's home.

I have been looking for a property to rent for almost a year now and on the 20th of November this year I applied for a flat to rent I saw on Rightmove. The letting agent Richard Watkinson sent me an email back to complete a survey which I did but I never heard anything back from them.Well I phoned them today only to be told the property had already gone and all they can do is apologise which quite frankly is not good enough! I have have had other dealings with this dreadful company which have turned out the same way.I would advise people to stay away from this cowboy company!

They kept saying that they will call me but in fact they never did. I had to chase them .
Not really interested to rent properties, they keep delaying.
