Significant investment, unmet expectations, no refund

I enrolled in this program with genuine trust and a significant financial commitment, based on the outcomes represented during the sales process. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect what was marketed. When I raised detailed concerns about why the program was not working for me, I was not met with meaningful support. Instead, I was offered additional paid services as the solution — effectively being asked to spend more money to fix problems created by the original investment. When I formally requested a refund, I was told the no-refund clause in my contract was absolute — regardless of whether the program delivered its represented outcomes. Over several months of raising concerns, I never received a clear answer to a simple question: how many enrolled clients do not achieve the results that are used to market this program? I want to be clear — this program may work well for some people. But if you are considering enrolling, I would encourage you to ask hard questions before committing: What happens if it doesn't work for you? What recourse do you have? What does the success rate actually look like across all clients, not just the testimonials you are shown? I share this because I wish someone had shared it with me before I made my decision. Do your due diligence.
