They bully you if you leave a (respectful) but critical review about their cheaply made phone cases and prints (it wasn't my first order!!).

Their very professional reply: "if you have nothing nice to say [about our products] keep your rude comments and keep moving. You are not a client nor do we need you to be so take your backhanded 'compliment' else where. You need an attitude adjustment as you come across very miserable".

I was completely shocked as I wasn't rude at all and just offered constructive criticism...used to love this company and kept giving them chances but after this incident, I took my business elsewhere, there's no reason to conduct business this way in 2022.

Ordered 2/12, tracked the package-was sent from Germany to US when I live I europe.. Sent mail to both r&f and DHL. No one know why or where it is. AVOID ordering from here. 100% not worth it.

FRAUD. Ordered and no products arrived. I contacted them and they claimed the product was sold out at the warehouse. They were still advertising it on their website. I waited for another two weeks and nothing. The product was still available on their website. Customer service offered me an alternative which i accepted and guess what? they still never shipped it. Thank god I paid via Klarna and was able to get my money back after nearly two months of no product! avoid at all cost.

The cases for the iPhone 12 range are cheap rubbish!
Normally their cases that claim ‘360 Protection’ are two part cases with silicone and plastic. And normally enough to protect the camera lens. The one I recieved was one part cheap plastic- did not cover the camera lens. I contacted the company thinking I purchased a fake and they admitted to me they had to rush their product line.

I returned the case to Amazon but I am really disappointed that this was not made clear on the listing. You use the same listings on all cases as if they’re the same.

iPhone 11 range is great.
AVOID THE 12 range.

What a insane and disrespectful staff working in this company!!! The way they behave and communication is very very unprofessional. Ania Basily definitely and person who shouldn’t be in touch with clients.
One of the worst experience ever.
She is so rude and answering weeks later. Even though I’m person that they wanted to collaborate with me; I said with such a unprofessional staff and brand I would never promote their goods. It’s a shame for me to do that.

Products are not worth their value in my point of view.

But behavior and staff attitude is definitely unacceptable and not for business. I hope someone in the company read this and choose right people to put there.

Do not buy stuff from this company, you will regret it.

It is the second 360 case that I buy for my iPhones and I am very satisfied with the quality, I will surely continue buying more

I have bought three different covers on different occasions and loved all of them! :) The first one ended up broken given I did drop my phone quite a lot of times, but the second one has lasted me for over a year or two and is still in good shape, only bought the third because the design was super nice. The delivery has always been quick and overall I am happy with the quality considering the affordable prices and the variety of designs that the brand is offering. My next cover will definitely be from this brand again :)

This company is a fraud. I cancelled my order on 1/06/2020 and haven’t received my money back yet after 10 days. Everytime I contact them they reply with a silly excuse. I have filed a complaint through Paypal, I’m sick of waiting. Stay away from this company!

Just got my third iPhone cases! It's fully protective and surprisingly very lightweight. The only downside of it is too easy to get fingerprints on it.

Great service, I bought 2 cases for the price of one yesterday, I recieved the order today and noticed I had ordered a striped case instead of a satin case. They sent me the case I had intended to purchase to begin with.. very good service, thanks alot.

I usually don’t write reviews but I feel like I have to warn others. I bought the usual case (not the 360 drop protection since I thought it was to bulky). I have had my IPhone 7 Plus for about a year and it was flawless with my other high quality case. I felt like a change and thought R & F made high quality cases because of the price. One week after I got my my case I dropped the phone and the screen immediately shattered so I had to pay 200 € to repair it. The case doesn’t cover the edges at all and offers no protection what so ever. It also looked worn after just few weeks. So I’m so disappointed and because of this low quality case I had to waste so much energy and money. Sure it looks cute but there’s so many better cases on the market that will offer real protection.

They are very serious and professional. Very helpful and the cases are good!

An expensive Fancy Dan phone cover. The Richmond and Finch phone case looks good but offers no protection at all.
I'm very careful with my phones but the corners of the case showed wear after a few weeks
The phone recently fell out of my pocket when i was sat down (a 2 foot drop) and the case shattered rendering it useless.
Overpriced utter rubbish. Don't buy!

Bought a case from them because it looked cute but that’s about it. After one week my phone looked disgusting, not worth the money at all. So instead I purchased from a competitor and I’m very pleased that my phone doesn’t look like garbage anymore

The design is really pretty....but that's all. The quality is so bad, really cringed when I took it out of the package. The support was actually pretty rude and the whole company just lost all credibility when I wanted to return the case and get my money back. The reason behind this is that the case was already broken when it arrived. Please do not buy from Richmond and finch. The pretty design isn't worth it.

The reason I tried out this website was because I saw the beautiful cases in the stores but they didn't carry PLUS sizes. I got the classic case for half off and free shipping on Black Friday. The shipping was fast and the design is gorgeous. However, the case doesn’t seem to have enough coverage on the sides, bottom and top, and the screen sticks out. I’m worried if my screen will be protected if it drops. Within a few days the silver logo started to rust and wear away...

UPDATED: I've purchased their 360 case and the material is very sturdy! My phone fell a few times and it was 100% protected. Delivery time came a week longer than expected but, better to be patient than use the original classic case and have to pay for a cracked screen. Their customer service is super helpful so don't be afraid to contact them. Their prices are in USD so it may or may not be more expensive depending on where you live.

I only wish that they took back the classic case for free because on their site it says the customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns. The refund wouldn't make sense because I'd essentially get nothing back since it was half off and the shipping to send it back would be a lot so what's the point?

I was so excited to get my phone case and was instantly disappointed when I saw the cheap plastic it was made from. Also within three days of having the case the gold logo started to tarnish. The logo looks like it's rusting. Wish they didn't even put on that fake gold logo to begin with!!! Ruining the look of the case.

I bought a case from them and in LESS than one week it broke into PIECES. Not durable AT ALL. Very cheap plastic with a very expensive price tag! I sent them an email the next week for a refund after showing them the pictures of the broken case and they said that they would not refund me. Do not buy from them!!

Love their unique designs and how fast their shipping is. This is my 2nd go with them and I have to say that they do not disappoint.

Just a tip: They have 2 finishes, one with more glossy and the other with the satin finish so it really depend on what you like.

Also which they could make you personalize the cases but oh well, their logo bar is also super nice and classy I can live.

These cases are so not worth the money. My case chipped within three days of using it. The actual design of the case looks good online but you can see that the marbling is pixelated. The material of the case seems like it is just cheap plastic and could easily snap. Not only this but they have terrible customer service...the staff have no professionalism when replying to emails or properly acknowledging your complaints. These cases are overrated by bloggers when truthfully they are overpriced and extremely cheap quality. DON'T BUY FROM HERE IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!!!!!!
