From the very start, we have been able to talk directly to the surveyor, Mateo, instead of customer service representative, as it is the case with many companies. This made the experience very smooth and we were able to also directly communicate our circumstances, which impacted the way the survey was conducted (e.g. we were upfront about our intention to do the renovation, which Mateo kept in mind while doing the survey). When we received the report, it was detailed, thorough and it contained pictures to support each section, clearly articulating which aspects should be followed up on by the solicitor in the conveyancing process. Last, but definitely not least, Mateo has arranged for post survey consultation, prepared answers for our questions beforehand and offered comprehensive guidance on how to best prepare and plan for each aspect of our planned renovation process. We could not ask for more - Mateo, thank you so much for your guidance and your support, we will be recommending you to everyone, as the experience has been simply brilliant.
