Great customer service

Michaela at Southampton Chery provided great customer service and was very professional . She listened , was polite , enthusiastic and was able to answer any of my questions .
I am delighted with my new Tiggo 4 - great value for money . Overall a great experience from our first test drive to collecting my new car !

Excellent sales man

I was treated very well by all of the staff at richmomd southampton especialy by my sales man Aman singh he listened to my needs and helped me to choose the best car for me. If i up grade ome day in the future i will definatly see Aman singh

I popped in today just to browse and…

I popped in today just to browse and came away really impressed. The staff were open, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable from the moment I walked in. Michaela helped me and was fantastic, she took the time to arrange a test drive on the spot and clearly knew her stuff about the cars.

I looked at the Chery Tiggo 9 and was really impressed with the specs. I left feeling genuinely positive about the whole experience, and I'm confident I'll be back to purchase this beautiful car.

Highly recommend if you're after a dealership that doesn't do the typical pushy sales approach, just helpful, friendly people who know their cars.
