I am a happy customer as I had a warranty issue and the warranty was about to run out but Chris in the Guildford service dept managed to fit us in before the end date (which took some doing as they are very busy ) but they did the job assessed the warranty and then fitted the new EPB switch with no hassle at all very good service 👍

Our experience was very positive. We were politely approached to see if we needed help when we found a car we liked. There was no pushy sales pitch, just positive advice which we appreciated. We went off to look at other makes of car but came back for a test drive. We were treated respectfully and we were delighted to be sold a car that ticked all the boxes and more.

Great service from Elliott. He showed me a few Tucson's that were available. I took one for a test drive on the same day. We sat down and went through the whole process from part exchanging through to finance plans, warranties and service plans. Very laid back and stress free, and drive the car home in the space of a few days!

Recently purchased a car from the Guildford branch where I was introduced to Elliott. From the get go he was brilliant, very informative and helpful without being pushy or applying any pressure to buy. Initially I was dreading the process of buying a car while 8 months pregnant but the process was so easy and stress free. Had a test drive, paid a deposit and picked the car up a couple of days later and it's lovely and very happy with it. Overall experience was great and would recommend.
